Each dish harmoniously blends the freshness of premium seafood with authentic local ingredients, embodying the distinctive culinary heritage of Fujian.

Ming Pavilion introduces a new dim sum brunch, seamlessly blending Fujianese flavors with modern creativity for a delightful culinary experience. Guests can choose 6 dishes from the menu, featuring Fujian snacks and dim sum, Minnan signature, soups, vegetables, Rice & Noodle, and dessert. Highlights include the aromatic Tea-Smoked Crispy Pigeon and the authentic Xiamen-Style "Popiah”. Experience the essence of Hokkien cuisine in every bite.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ming Pavilion and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was struck by the beautiful ambiance. A special shoutout goes to our waiter, Chris Lee, whose hospitality truly elevated our experience. His attentive service and genuine warmth made us feel welcomed and valued. Chris was knowledgeable about the menu, and his recommendations were spot on. Overall, I highly recommend Ming Pvilion for anyone looking for a wonderful dining experience. Food Taste: The hairy crab dishes are excellent. Restaurant Environment: The overall decoration is tasteful, and the sense of space is good.
Delicious.... The two of us girls couldn't finish it and had to take it to go. They also let us have unlimited refills of ginger tea!
The restaurant's ambiance is very chill, and the food quality is 100%. Plus, the waitstaff are very attentive in explaining things and noticing your needs; they're so friendly!

The portion size is perfect for two people, and overall, there are several signature dishes on the menu that are quite good. The staff's service attitude is excellent.
crabs are below the advertised size of 5.5 taels though one more was provided after complaint. Taste is barely acceptable and does not match the high price. Only bright spot is service.
