Experience: I came on a Wednesday afternoon, and there was no waiting for any of the facilities. Compared to the branch in Tseung Kwan O Central, this Sha Tin location is larger and suitable for both adults and children.

It was my older son's birthday, and I originally planned to use a birthday discount. However, they had a buy-one-get-one-free Easter promotion, which was an even better deal. The venue isn't huge, but it's clean. I've been to other playhouses where my socks turned black after playing, but that wasn't an issue here. Both of my sons had a great time.

It's really not crowded on weekdays; it's so empty it feels like no one else is playing. The games haven't had many updates, but getting an extra 30 minutes for the same price is pretty good.
