The WhatsApp contacts and reception staff were very helpful, and the therapist was caring. The place had clean and cozy vibes. The car park had plenty of space, and the entrance was easy to find. There were lots of trees surrounding the area. I hope to return soon!

Experience: I came on a Wednesday afternoon, and all facilities had no queues. Compared to the branch in Tseung Kwan O Plaza, this Sha Tin branch is larger and suitable for both adults and children.

It was my eldest son's birthday, and I originally wanted to use a birthday discount. However, the Easter buy-one-get-one-free offer was even better value. The venue isn't large, but it's clean. Previously, when we went to other playhouses, our socks would turn black after playing, but here, there were no issues. Both my sons had a great time.

It's really quiet on weekdays, so few people that it feels like no one is playing together. There haven't been many game updates, but getting an extra 30 minutes for the same price is still pretty good.

Excellent indoor playhouse. Facilities: A wide variety of unique attractions. My son loved the big kitchen, the trampoline basketball, and driving the train. My mom loved the large claw machine, and my dad loved the flashing LEGO. Price: A bit expensive, but worth a try. Service: Excellent. Many staff members were present to remind children to be careful and were very friendly.
