I love the hassle free experience and tour! Our tour guide, Tim, explained every detail of the places and stuff. He speak english clearly so that didn’t give us the hassle to understand his instructions. Thank you Klook and Tim!
Excellent, I want to tell you...Klook that the guide in the photo is someone you should admire. They liked his unique attire, He very kindness and gave out photos of Fuji San and Muscat grape jelly. He took great care of everyone, recommended places+helped take photos. We were very lucky that day the sky was clear..to see Fuji San from every angle. So, I officially apologize again to the guide & everyone on the bus for my delay. Apart from the sightseeing, what truly impressed l was the guide and the group.(Before that on May 2025 we went with a female guide to Nara,(From Dotonbori)The bus was anather point; we asked other guides, and they chase me .They didn't specify seats, but they wrote our names on signs to reserve them, even VIP seats. Most people would eat on the bus again They ignored us, and their poor, unclear English made us scared and disgusted with this type of tour from you.) This The guide very good plase tell him I can find he because email have picture guide..5☆ ..10/10
It was a Fuji tour with great value for money and excellent service^^. Guide Choi Chun-ae is fluent in Korean, Japanese, and Chinese. From the first group chat on KakaoTalk, she tried her best to provide as much information as possible. She kindly guided us through each Fuji tour course with a bright smile. The weather was good, and the driver drove safely and comfortably, which was great. Thanks to Romantic Tour, we made good memories with our family and took a lot of 인생 (life) photos. If you want a Fuji tour with excellent value for money, try choosing Klook's Romantic Tour^^.
A very well organized tour despite it being a big group. Our guide Taiyo made it a pleasant experience with his humour and clear instructions emphasizing on us not to get lost. Fuji was in full visibility on our tour day and the maple corridor was lovely in its autumn splendor. Would highly recommend but do check weather and visibility of Fuji beforehand.
Booked 24 hours before departure, went on a day trip on November 21st. It's a cost-effective product with a lot of schedules, so I'm completely satisfied with the product compared to the course. Personally, the most satisfying view is 1. Oishi Park. If you drink coffee while taking a walk here, an hour would fly by, but taking pictures + going to the bathroom (the line for the women's bathroom is long everywhere in Japan) + 5-10 minutes of rest means it's time to leave ㅋ. This place has the most touristy items and is kawaii~. Thanks to guide Haruka's tips, I gave up on the lavender ice cream on the 1st floor due to the long wait, and ate vanilla chocolate ice cream on the 2nd floor (it's delicious because it's Japan with flavorful dairy products) and was satisfied with the view of Mt. Fuji. 2. The Mt. Fuji view at the Lawson convenience store, a popular Instagram spot, was comically good~ 3. Oshino Hakkai. For lunch, I was going to eat miso-based udon + soba, which is a local specialty, but a group coming out after finishing their meal said it wasn't good (thank you to the person who told me), so I just ate hot bar, takoyaki, mugwort rice cake (all predictable flavors). The dango wasn't chewy, so it wasn't good. The grilled fish line was the longest, so I gave up (if you're going to eat it, I recommend eating it as soon as you get off the bus and taking pictures). I filled up on snacks for lunch, and it was okay. 3. Finally, Hikawashikei (stairs + Mt. Fuji observatory) is worth going up~ but the view from Oishi Park was so good and it's crowded, so you can't expect a clean picture. On the way down, the shrine (Konohana Hime) is a small shrine, so it's not unique, but the maple road is so pretty! After comparing fruit prices, the Fuji apples at the fruit stall right after crossing the railroad tracks on the way down were the biggest and the cheapest, so I bought them for 400 yen. They cut it on the spot (it's good to wash and eat it with the natural bedrock water you get from Oshino Hakkai, so be sure to get a bottle - highly recommend eating Fuji apples in the fall, I regret buying only one 👍). I didn't have time to go all the way to the traffic lights, so I zoomed in on the first traffic light. This town is also a popular Instagram spot, so it was fun to see many couples struggling to take pictures. The course was so good for the price, and even though it was Friday, I left at 4 pm and got off at 6:30 pm on the way back to Tokyo, so it wasn't as congested as I thought~ Everyone was on time and cooperated, and I followed the instructions of Haruka, our guide, and had a great course and a pleasant guide, so it will be a good memory. Thank you.
It was really a worth it trip! A trip added to my core memory! 🩵 The trip was great, we loved the places we visited. My only comment is on the guide, Yang. She brought us all to her recommended place to eat which is a little out of way to the tourist attractions. And when we got there, the group got confuse if we are required to eat there or not. And the place is really expensive. Only few groups stayed at the restaurant while the others decided to go back to the attractions. Just a little waste of time to bring us all at that restaurant. Nevertheless, the places we’ve been are all jaw-dropping beautiful.
Our day trip to Mt. Fuji with Mika (our friendly and awesome tour guide) was great. Mika was very thorough explaining each attraction which made it easy to understand and visit. The day blessed us with clear skies of Mt. Fuji at each attraction and we were able to get great photos. Awesome day and thank you again Mika for a pleasant experience.
⸻ 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We had an amazing Mt. Fuji tour today with our guide, Jimmy Lin. From start to finish, Jimmy was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He always kept us updated through WeChat, which made everything so convenient and worry-free. What we appreciated most was how attentive he was to our group — always making sure we were comfortable and enjoying the experience. He was with us throughout the whole tour and never left us, which made us feel well taken care of. Plus, he brought us to delicious food places, which made the tour even more special. The whole trip was smooth and well-organized, thanks to Jimmy’s guidance. We highly recommend him to anyone planning a Mt. Fuji tour. Thank you for making our day so memorable, Jimmy!
We are quite happy with the Fuji Mountain tour led by tour guide Jimmy Lin. His joining instruction was clear and organised, his communication was great and easy. Jimmy went with us all the way to the Chureito Pagoda taking the 398-step stairway, which shows a respectable dedication to his job. Unfortunately due to the season and weather we didn’t get to see the beautiful colours or the snowy top of Mt Fuji, nevertheless, we ate pleased that we have included this day trip to Mt Fuji on our visit to Japan. Thank you Jimmy.
The Mt.Fuji experience is amazing. Weather is a bit hot (which we truly understand) but our tour guide Augustin was very helpful. He makes sure that we were okay and gave us tips on where to go for a good photo spot. He also gave everyone some refreshing jellies after the tour which cools our body temp. Overall the tour is wonderful. Our tour guide Augustin is lively and sweet to everyone.
