Schedule: The group tour usually departs around 7:00 AM and ends around 6:00 PM, dropping you back at your hotel or the original pick-up point. We will inform you of the exact meeting time again the day before your trip. Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the scheduled time.

Tours depart with a minimum of 2 people. A 5-seater, 7-seater, or 9-seater vehicle will be arranged based on the number of participants for the current tour.

Warm Reminders for Yulong River Double Bamboo Rafting: I. Safety and Health Restrictions (applicable to all raft types)

1. Pregnant women, individuals aged 70 and above (including 70), those with heart disease, coronary heart disease, high blood pressure, alcoholics, and individuals with mobility impairments are strictly prohibited from riding the bamboo raft.
2. Children 1 meter (including 1 meter) or taller must ride with an adult, and each child occupies one seat.
3. Please take good care of your personal belongings. If items accidentally fall into the water, you will be responsible for any losses.
4. Pets are strictly prohibited from riding the raft.

II. Special Instructions for Double Bamboo Rafting

1. Weight Limit: Passengers weighing over 200 jin (100 kg) individually must charter an entire bamboo raft (charged per raft charter); the combined weight of two people must not exceed 320 jin (160 kg). Please be aware of this.
2. Riding Restrictions: According to scenic area regulations, pregnant women and disabled individuals are strictly prohibited from riding double bamboo rafts; children under 1 meter and individuals over 70 years old are not allowed to ride double bamboo rafts. Such visitors may choose to ride an 8-person bamboo raft or opt for a walking tour along the riverbank. If needed, please contact customer service in advance for coordination.
3. Fee Explanation: Double bamboo rafts are manually operated, and a minimum of 2 people is required for departure. If a single person rides, an empty seat fee will be charged.
4. The rafting duration is for reference only. The raft operators are managed by the Yulong River scenic area, and the actual rafting duration will be determined by the speed of the raft operator on the day.
5. For Yulong River double bamboo rafts, a single passenger weighing 200 jin (100 kg) needs to charter a raft, and the combined weight of two people cannot exceed 320 jin (160 kg).
6. During holidays [especially Chinese New Year, May Day, and National Day Golden Week], the Yulong River pier may choose different rafting sections based on the crowd situation in the scenic area on that day. If the bamboo raft queue time is too long or tickets are temporarily suspended, you may switch to other equivalent attractions or receive a refund for the difference and opt for a walking tour.
