What to expect

Located in a serene residential area surrounded by greenery, this private tea room is about 25 minutes by bus from JR Gotemba Station or 7 minutes by car from the Gotemba exit on the Shin-Tomei Expressway.
On clear days, you can enjoy views of Mt. Fuji from the tea room!
From learning how to use the tsukubai to the etiquette of a tea gathering, you will also experience a hands-on lesson in preparing matcha yourself.
On the day of the experience, please wear white socks. You will also wear an obi sash over your clothing.
Parking is available for up to five vehicles, including two spaces on-site (one for compact cars) and three nearby.
A cat lives on the premises, so please consider your allergies before participating.
