Had an incredibly relaxing treatment. Felt very comfortable and the staff was nice and competent. Highly recommended. My hair has never been so soft.

First time trying this, I didn't expect a hair wash to be so comfortable that I actually fell asleep 💤 Next time I'm in Chiayi, I'll definitely come back for another hair wash💗

Went with anticipation, but was indeed disappointed; the temperature of the foot bath wasn't high, and for taller people, the angle and such made lying down for the foot bath very hard on the back. My younger sister's Chinese isn't very good, but basic communication was still possible. She wanted more pressure, but the strength was still very light, and there wasn't much massage; the owner kept saying that their Chinese wasn't good, always using that as an excuse. The Vietnamese girls at other Vietnamese hair salons who don't speak Chinese or English don't use that as an excuse, and their service is even better. The most uncomfortable thing was that they didn't untangle my hair, they just washed it like that, and then started pulling hard, making my scalp hurt. Even regular hair salons don't pull and comb so hard when washing hair, that's common sense, right? The combs at the styling station looked dirty and full of hair, and the hair drying technique wasn't very good either, also pulling and combing hard. The owner did give red bean soup as compensation at the end, but she always used excuses which made me unhappy. For this price and this service, I'd rather go to a regular hair salon for a shampoo.

It was very comfortable and relaxing. I brought my mom to experience it as a birthday gift, and we both had a wonderful time.

A great experience, the B package silver bead eye bath was my first time experiencing it.

Overall, it's very comfortable, and each bed has curtains that can be drawn for privacy. However, when the technicians leave to grab something, the curtains are slightly open, which feels a bit insecure, as if others passing by can see in. It feels somewhat semi-open, so you might be aware if the next bed over is occupied by a male. I hope they can make it a bit more private.
