Stay away! I booked a taxi through this site, but there was no driver at the airport. After I complained, I was told there had been a driver. But I had searched the entire airport, which was small. No one had a sign, and no one was from Klook. I had to send proof that I was even there. My money is gone. No refund. No attempt at compensation. Absolutely outrageous. I will never book with them again.
