It was very accessible and hassle free, amazing experience to travel from 1 island in Thailand to another.

very smooth experience and booking the journey through Klook definitely made it easier as we just had to show our voucher at the counter. the ferry was clean and I chose to sit on the top deck to enjoy the views. they dropped me off to my hotel in Koh Samui so it wasn’t a hassle at all once I got there. :)

centrally located .. most hotels provide free shuttle service to and from the harbour .. comfortable, spacious and on time

easy comfortable trip .. aptly located from the airport.. can upgrade to indoor seating paying a difference of 100thb.. they have a canteen inside !!

The ferry ride is smooth and pretty organised although baggage collection is a bit chaotic and lot of time is wasted in picking baggage which is inside the ferry. price: reasonable seat reservation process: not applicable so first come basis transport included: convenient but luggage pickup area doesn't have proper way to carry suitcase and the area is full of small stones so dragging suitcase is painful and can spoil wheels as well. baring this overall experience was good, the ferrys were on time and AC inside is good. food and drinks are sold inside.

Transfer was smooth picked up ticket from ticket office which is straight across the road from Pralarn pier. Then you get your luggage weighed and board 15 minutes before departure. Big comfortable ferry plenty of room and air-conditioning. Could not fault.

vary good and nice boat, the team was nice as well. the ride was 30 minutes, quick and easy, the car that took us was really nice as well, I recommend this ferry.

Everything is great, the transfer picked up from the hotel, they helped load the bags, you arrive at the pier a little early. Departure is a little late by 15 minutes. Overall, everything is good.

simple procedure in collecting ferry ticket at operator counter. Ferry condition is good. 30 mins travel time. strongly suggest to buy 2-way transport from/to ferry terminal with Klook as it is cheaper and easier.
