A hassle free bus and ferry ride from Manila to Puerto Galera! The hotel lobby is nice to stay while we wait for the bus departure. The staffs are all nice and very accommodating. Would love to recommend this to family and my friends! Definitely worth it!

it was awesome. there was no hassle especially when we have two little kids together. will definately use this again.
The bus ride was great and not crowded, and got to stop at a pit stop, which I was wish we had more time. The ferry wasn't the best, we had to be crammed in the bottom of the boat with no windows. But overall not too bad I would book again.
Gather at the citystate hotel at the designated time, take the bus directly to the Batangas Pier, and take a boat to Peurto Galera. It's about one or two hundred Taiwan dollars more expensive than taking a car by yourself, but it's more worry-free. But there is only one bus a day, so there is little flexibility in time.
Bus is clean and staff are accommodating. Will surely book here again on my next trip.
from batangas port it would be appreciated if the time would be 11;45am not 11 am.. I was offered the 10am departure and i barely made it..still waited about less than 2 hours at Batangas port..
Easy to find meeting point and the ride to the port was nice. A guide met up with us at the port and the ferry ride went well. All and all a good experience.
The ferry and bus combo ticket is extremely convenient. The staff on the bus provide excellent service, and there's a short rest stop at a gas station along the way. At the pier, staff from the ferry company guide you to exchange your ticket and line up for boarding. There's a supermarket and restaurants at the pier.
We got our tickets from their office at city state, bus departed at exactly 9:30 and arrived in batangas at exactly 12nn, the tour guide is very approachable and jolly. We were given tickets for the ferry and at around 2:30 we arrived at Puerto Galera.
