Klook agent was standing at the gate when we came off the plane. She had a sign held high with our names on it. She offered to carry my girlfriends carry on. We were brought to a "special persons" passport inspection, where it literally took us all of 3 minutes to clear (the normal queue looked to be about a 1.5 hour wait). She then helped us collect out luggage, walked us through customs and straight to an awaiting Mercedes which brought us to our hotel. It was money very well spent.
Brilliant! There was someone with me once I exited the aircraft. She welcomed me warmly and brought me through immigration straight to a waiting car in 10-15 minutes.
The services is what as advertise and the concierge service was on the spot. They greet and meet from the moment you step off the plane until you get onto your ride to your destination.

The service on the ground itself was great, the staff was very knowledgeable in helping us to move quickly and curteous. However the booking process with KLook was very painful, they tried to cancel TWICE, once a day before the flight and another one ONE HOUR before my flight using stupid excuses which I had already explained in my booking form. So if you book, be prepared to keep checking your mail, going back and forth and reconfirming several times.
This service does not save you any time in the immigration or customs line. It's better to just book the regular service. But the service worked as expected and someone was waiting for me outside the gate. Sadly, I could not book a return as they wanted to verify payment on my return trip even though I pointed out I used the same credit card, and was being picked up at the same hotel. It was some fraud protection thing. I could not access my credit card website from China so I had to cancel. (The ridiculous to the sublime.) I took a regular meter taxi and you know what? It was perfectly fine and cost a fraction of the Klook fee.

The service does not include fast track security check, no imigration fast lane, and no gate assistance, no lounge service as advertise. they just wait you at the terminal with your name and she help escort you to the check in desk, not worth the money. And klook, if you read this, please refund some of my money, i should take the taxi service to airport only

The airport pick-up service is very good, but there is no interaction with the customer, so introverted. I have no reminder to take more pictures with him. I can upload it without photos. Unfortunately, his good service.
