[Kyoto Kimono Rental CHAMATSU] Kimono Rental Experience

It was a cold day but I had my own long warm pants under. The rest was underdress from a shop and kimono. Plus socks and slippers. Since it was sunny we managed to do good 3h outside and take pictures. I'd maybe recommend to get good warm shirt with v neck in case you do cold season. It took us 3 shops to find this place, which is not a place but a person. We needed to ask their coffee place near by and then they called lady, anyhow no language was there or needed, she will dress you up in all matter of fashion and for that you don't need to talk. I also did hair , I recommend that a lot since it's a finishing touch of experience. For man it's faster but still you get flipflops , your chosen kimono and matching jacket.

I saw many kimono rental reviews that mentioned additional charges, but here, they take care of everything without question! All the staff are incredibly kind, and their roles are well-divided, so everything proceeds quickly. Our assigned staff member was so friendly and even styled my hair beautifully. They gave great recommendations for pretty kimonos and incorporated all my preferences. As I looked around, I realized their kimonos were the prettiest! I truly recommend this place!!!

I loved the experience, the kimonos are beautiful and you have a lot to choose from.
