We highly recommend this package. They promptly provided answers to all of our requests and carefully tailored the itinerary just for our family. The driver, hiking guide, and all the staff at the accommodations were incredibly kind, which left a lasting impression on us. However, since we have a 7-year-old child, getting to Yubeng Village wasn’t easy. Still, the scenery was so breathtaking that it was well worth the effort. We were extremely satisfied with the trip, enjoying both the magnificent landscapes and the excellent service. If anyone around us plans to visit, we would absolutely recommend it. Don’t go through the trouble—travel comfortably with this package!

Our tour guide was professional and considerate, providing lively and engaging commentary, and offering attentive and patient service, which filled the entire trip with joy. I had a lot of fun on this trip. The service attitude of the platform is very good. Before the trip, I asked for adjustments to the itinerary, and they responded promptly and gave reasonable suggestions. Every time I had any questions about the trip, they responded and answered them in a timely manner. At the beginning of the trip, the driver prepared oxygen cylinders and fruits, and took the initiative to help with luggage. He also introduced some local customs, the specific gameplay and approximate play time of each attraction. Every time I got off, the car was waiting outside on time. I had some altitude sickness during the trip. The driver and customer service asked about my situation with concern and gave corresponding opinions, which was very heartwarming. The overall travel arrangement is also very reasonable, not too rushed, and the accommodation conditions are also very good. The rooms I stayed in are all very good view rooms. Next time I travel, I will report to Klook Travel. This should be the best service group I have ever participated in.

The overall itinerary was well-planned, and the hotels were all comfortable, most with breakfast included. Our driver and guide, Ah Chen, was very honest and provided excellent service. The scenery along the way was also very beautiful. Looking forward to our next encounter.

This was a very good trip. The driver was very enthusiastic, and the whole experience from airport pickup to drop-off was excellent. He was very punctual along the way, and also provided professional explanations of the scenic spots and local customs. Each of the four nights' hotels had its own characteristics, and the check-in experience was very good. The overall itinerary was compact but not too tiring, a great experience.

Traveled with two close female friends, our first time to Yubeng. Searched for many travel guides on Xiaohongshu, but felt a bit confused. Luckily, I saw this premium small group tour, felt it was great, and booked it directly... Now, having completed the entire trip, I am generally very satisfied. No hidden costs, timely communication, and the staff were all very conscientious and responsible. The vehicle arranged for the trip was a Toyota SUV, clean and tidy inside. The driver, Mr. Li, was warm, polite, but knew his boundaries, had a stable mood, and excellent driving skills. The guide arranged in Yubeng, Zaxi, was also particularly nice. He explained the local culture to us, helped carry luggage, helped take photos, provided timely encouragement, was humorous and patient, adding a lot of color to this trip. Thank you Klook for the arrangement, it was a very pleasant journey.

Hello! I was asked to give a review of the service. Overall, very satisfied with Mr Wang since Day 1. Throughout the journey, he maintained a very steady and calm demeanour and was able to accommodate to our requests especially since my mother was unwell with altitude sickness. Moreover, he kept my dad very entertained which I really appreciated! Special mention to Cici and Zoey who were very supportive when my mum was unwell, this took a load of my shoulders, Mamie and Ava  for doing all the arrangements including the itinerary in English, and being so detailed to inform me of the retiming in my flight and finally Luna for the daily updates! Would 100% recommend to any families with elders! one more shoutout on the hotels - they were all 5 stars hotels with incredible level of service, so it was worth every penny especially when you are undergoing mental and physical stress from the high altitude.
