Mount Batur Jeep Sunrise & Kintamani Starbucks with Photographer

I'm still on a free trip to Bali, Indonesia. I moved from Tegalsari Accommodation Pool Villa to Mount Batur and left at 2:30 in the morning. I used Klook's jeep tour. When I arrived at the site, I transferred to a jeep again and took pictures at sunrise and dropped them off at the pool villa. I was so satisfied. The driver who went to the site couldn't speak Korean, so I used a cell phone translator. The jeep driver was a local Balinese and was very kind. He took pictures with my cell phone here and there. I'm satisfied.

I definitely recommend this tour to anyone traveling to Bali. The entire trip was great, but this was a particularly great tour. I booked the tour after seeing a review that said KAJA tours go up high, and they really did go up to the very top! Arta, who was in charge of pick-up and drop-off, picked us up on time, and even though we were probably tired because it was early in the morning, he treated us nicely. Also, the guide who drove the Jeep up to Mount Batur was a very responsible and good friend. He drove the car safely, and even before the sun rose, he took great care of us, asking if we were cold, if we needed photos, and if we needed anything else. He also took really great photos! It's a shame that I didn't write down the guide's name, but he was such a good friend that I want to meet him in person next time I go to Bali, talk more, and have a meal together. I felt bad that I always took pictures of other people, so my husband, who is a video director, took pictures of the guide and showed us the moon with his Galaxy camera, and we were so happy that he liked it :) If you meet a guide like the one we met on this tour, you will be lucky. (I apologize for the translation, as I thought my friend or travel agent would read it if I wrote it in a translated form.) When climbing a mountain, it’s cold, so bring a hot pack, windbreaker, and blanket (a beach towel was fine as a blanket). It takes up less space than a padded jacket, and it won’t be too much of a burden even after the sun comes up. Especially women or those who feel the cold easily, don’t show off too much. You’ll catch a cold right away. ㅎㅎㅎ If you wear leggings, warmers, and windbreakers that are suitable for the mountain, like I did, the pictures will come out natural and the prettiest! Make sure to book a Kaja Tour-Jeep Tour and visit Black Lava and Kintamani Starbucks (I almost regretted not including the cafe tour because I was tired). When you go to the cafe, take the guide in and buy them a cup of tea and ask them to take a picture for you. ㅎㅎㅎ They may not take as many pictures as the Jeep Tour guide, but they will take pretty pictures~ Or, bring a tripod and take them.

Truly enjoyed our jeep tour! Gede kon, our jeep driver, was very friendly, drove us to the summit, brought us to breakfast and took many nice photos for us on the summit and black lava area! Kertanadi, our driver, was also very hospitable and nice, he drove us around Ubud and Paperhills! Truly enjoyed the view of the mountain and paddy rice fields scenery! would totally recommend this package 😍🤗

Well organised tour to see sunrise. Picked up from hotel at 245am and went straight to Mt Bakar to see sunrise. Have some simple banana sandwich breakfast on the jeep. After breakfast, we went to see black lava. Highly recommended 👌 👍

our guide was extremely happy to bring us up to mount batur and was so interactive with us throughout our time there and helped us to take multiple photos and videos that turned out amazing!! highly recommend anyone thinking of going up mount batur to go with this package!! :)

This tour was amazing! other than the sight seeings our drivers were also nice and kind (Surya who picked us up from our hotel in UBUD, Anom who drove us to Mt Batur and Black Lava, and Asnawa who drove us back to our NEW HOTEL in Seminyak and even brought us to a nice Warung who serves Mujair Nyat Nyat). The Mt. Batur was a very nice experience waiting for the sunrise, the 4WD JEEP ride, and the morning breakfast. Anom our driver even let me use his phone and car speaker to play ANY MUSIC that we want and he also took great photos of us. Starbucks Kintamani has also an exceptional breathtaking view.

We met a very friendly and skilful driver - Agus for our Mount batur trip! He was very punctual. He picked us up at our Canggu villa at 2:45am., sent us to Starbucks coffee and villa after the jeep tour! We had a really good sleep at Agus car. It was a very unforgettable experience for the sunrise tour and black lava tour. Our jeep driver - Daka was a very professional diver and photographer! He also prepared breakfast and introduced the history and stories about this Mount batur.

Driver Dika pick up us from Villa to Mt Batur Sunrise Jeep, Starbucks (Kintamani), ATV and safety back to Villa. He is Friendly, Patient and very Nice guy. With fun driver Moix as our Jeep Driver and photographer that became our best friend not only sharing all the history but also sharing jokes and taking good care of us the entire Jeep journey to the Magic Kingdom. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

This is a super awesome trip, the driver are so attentive bring us around to buy the motion sickness pill as one of us need it. The jeep ride was wonderful, the driver moix help us take a lot of nice pic. Appreciated it. So much fun!
