E-Gokart by MONOWHEEL at Terminal 21 Pattaya

There wasn't a single staff member at the go-kart track when we arrived. After waiting for 30 minutes with no one showing up, we decided to have lunch first. We returned an hour later, and still no staff. We went to the Terminal 21 customer service center to inquire, and the staff asked us to wait while they confirmed. After another 30-minute wait, they informed us that the go-karts were closed for the day. I asked the customer service staff to provide proof of the closure to give to Klook. They asked me to wait again, and after 10 minutes, they said it was open again. We rushed back to the go-kart track, and a staff member finally arrived. However, he seemed to have been called in last minute and had no idea about Klook's ticketing rules. We spent a long time communicating with him, and he eventually called the actual go-kart staff, showed them the Klook order, and they finally understood and let us in. Overall, this experience wasted our entire day's original plans, and we were not happy. It felt like we paid to suffer!

A great place for young and old, very enjoyable. I recommend you visit.

The place is smaller and more suitable for children and beginners like me! I would have wasted my money if I booked with another company🫡👍

the track is just a round about & is recommended for kids only. the staff even doubt & take sometime to confirm if I can play it until he called someone.
