Super clean and accessible. Staff spoke English and the pods were very comfortable and spacious and I'm 5'8. They changed us to two floor level pods when we asked at no additional charge, but was limited to availability.

First thing first, i'm definitely coming back again! Location was fantastic, right smack in the middlke of korean town and surrounded by food and amenities, which you can bring back to the cafe/lounge for consumption. It is also near to the Shin-Okubo station via 3 mins walk! Comfort wise, the size of each capsule/cabin far exceeds my expectations in terms of size and cleaniness. Lockers are also generous but do take note for huge luggage, a soft luggage or hard covers with zippers (which allows u to "squeeze" your luggage) are your safest bet to squeeze the luggage in the lockers. Overall, 5/5!

The accommodation is affordable and offers good value for the price. The capsule itself is spacious enough and comfortable. However, the bathroom and shower are located on a different floor, so you need to go upstairs to use them, which can be a bit inconvenient. Storage space is also limited, especially if you’re traveling with a large suitcase. Overall, it’s a good budget option, but something to keep in mind if you have bigger luggage or prefer everything on one floor.

Excellent location close to the train station, and clean facilities. Offers a beautiful view, with Mount Fuji visible in the distance. They provide all the basic necessities for a comfortable stay.
