we checked different booking platforms and Klook had the best price for this hotel. it’s the location - at the heart of shinjuku but not in the middle of the action. this hotel is more adviseable for adults given that the many adult entertainment establishments around. room itself is comfortable, average area space for Tokyo (which can be a little tight already but still manageable for two people).

The entire hotel smelled amazing throughout. Overally very clean, downside was our toilet had a dirt ring inside, so that made me uncomfortable but other than that everything was very clean. They even delivered an iron and iron board to my room. Lawsons and 7/11 BOTH right beneath so that was great. downside is it’s not a convenient walk from bus station for airport bus but it’s in the busy city of shinjinku and was only a 12 minute walk just difficult with luggage. baseline amenities. I wouldn’t mind staying here again as it’s close to a lot of other things. for the price it was a good pick and I would stay again

Nice Hotel in a great location. Easily access to the middle of Shinjuku. Just 8 minutes to JR Station and 10 minutes to Bus Station.

the transport access was conveniently near the hotel. from the hotel, pass by Subnade to get to shinjuku station. overall, we love the location of the hotel. it’s also beside lawson, restaurants, and don quijote.
