room was very clean and tidy. shower was perfect space for 2 along side enough space to layout suitcases for those who overpack. the location is super convienent, convenient stores all around along with good eating spots as well as the train station being5-10 minute walk away. great stay.

Good location if you are going to Disneyland. Route: walk to Nishi-kasai station. ride train to Kasai station. ride bus to Disneyland. Breakfast is good.
