Location is right by a train stop (Higobashi). The Namba stop is a bit of a walk to Dotonbori/Shinsaibashi but it’s a quiet and nice neighborhood to stay in away from the busy areas. Also near great areas to run (by the river) and has 7-11 nearby and an attached convenience store in the lobby.

good location close to subway station, closed to shops and restaurants, very convenient to tourists closed to any direction, very helpful staff, but they were asking for additional taxes when you check in, but can not explain why it was tax every 2 days for the reason can’t explain to you, so you need to have tax background, maybe. the room size is good enough toilet is also very good. you can manage to open your luggy with out sny struggle. good for toutio.

Hotel situate in a very convenience location. It's pretty much directly opposite HIgobashi station exit 10. Serveral convenience store near by. We chose to walk to Osaka Station and it took approx. 30 mins. Staff is very welcoming & accommodating. We've arrived very late at night & despite our very limited japanese. Staff at the reception is very welcoming. When we check out in the morning. They were happy to hold our lugguages while we explore Osaka.

The rooms were clean and well equipped, small but normal by Japanese standards, location was excellent for my needs, far enough away to be quiet, but 2 or 3 train stations away from the more active nightlife areas. The breakfast suits both local and western tastes, the staff were easy to communicate with, their English ranging from fluent to competent and they could always help with requests. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Hotel location: Higobashi Station Exit 2 is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There’s also a 7-Eleven nearby, so you can easily grab some snacks or essentials before heading back to the hotel. Transport access: Very convenient, with Higobashi Station Exit 2 or Exit 1B nearby. Cleanliness: Good and well-maintained. Service: Good and friendly. Room: From the photos, I thought the room would be quite small. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I entered — the room was actually very spacious! I could easily fit two suitcases in the room.
