Love staying here! The room is quite spacious compared to standard Japan hotels. Service was good. My room is always clean and neat everytime I come back. The staffs were so nice and they could speak English very well. Breakfast was good, pretty crowded though, but always got the tables. The location was not really in the center Shinjuku, BUT it is connected to the Nishi-Shinjuku metro station which you can go to basically popular area (Shinjuku, Ginza, Tokyo, Ikebukuro, etc). The Airport Limousine Bus also stops here, so if you are coming from the airport or going to the airport, you can take Airport Limousine Bus really conveniently. Definitely will come back here again :) Highly recommended.
