Twin Room - Non-Smoking with Lounge Access & Complimentary Light Breakfast Included · 2 Adults · 1 Nights

Great location, right across the road from Shinagawa Station. The staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful. Check in and check out was very convenient. A lovely light breakfast is served on floor 17 (the top floor). We also used the very convenient luggage storage lockers available at Reception - ¥100 coin to secure the locker, which is refunded when you return the key. Much cheaper than similar lockers at the station! The building is in the middle of the complex, but easy to find once you are walking around the site (it's not really visible from the road or side walk). The room was clean and a good size.
