Fantastic

Solo stay

I was very pleased with my stay. Fresh coffee every morning, the hotel was clean an the staff was super friendly. 6th floor had a smoking room, which was greatly appreciated! The neighborhood has everything you'd look for, plenty of food options, a 7/11, Family Mart and Don Quixote. If youre looking for an affordable option this is a perfect choice!

Stayed with family

The staff is helpful. The location is great, great night life and extremely safe! Close to everything like 7-11, a small Donki, lots of restaurants and to the Shimbuya Crossing and 3D cat! A shrine like right in the neighborhood. The only bad thing for me because I’m in my mid 50s and use a mobility scooter is the steep 19 stairs to go to front desk every time you come and go .

BED BUGS!!! I only stayed 1 night. Less then 24 hours! And woke up with bites on my arms, face, neck and legs. I had never experienced bed bugs and didn't think to inspect the bed. A week later and I am still struggling with the bite sites. This building is also on a busy street. I could hear everything. I even checked if the window was open because it was so loud in the room.

Excellent location, lots of shops, restaurants, near a train station. There are stairs to enter the hotel and no elevator so be warned. Room & hotel are clean. There is a dining area that can be used with free coffee & tea. We ate our 7/11 breakfast there.
