Loved this hotel! A little pricey but the room is slightly bigger than the usual hotel room size in Tokyo. The hotel is clean, smells good, and the rooms are well-maintained. There are several washing machines in the Basement and one in every other floor. There is also a sauna. Location-wise, it is near the limousine bus stop. Just a block across. There are Family Marts and Lawson stores nearby. Not too near the main train station, but Higashi-Ginza is nearest to it, just two blocks away. Also a 10-minute walk to Tsukiji Market, and a 5-minute walk to Ginza Six. Would come back for the location!

convenience location the room was very clean and enough space for 2 large lugguages. just one thing - noise isolation is a bit weak and we could hear noise of vehicles at night

the hotel is located within ginza. shopping stores, convenience stores can easily be accessed. the room is also clean. we just noticed that the staff are not so friendly.

great location, 5-10mins walk to 2 different metro lines. housekeeping done daily, could pay more attention to refill tissues and fabric freshener. staff were quick to respond to our requests for amentities.

I think this was the nicest most simplistic hotel I have ever stayed at. It is in the perfect location, perfect area too. I wish I would have stayed here our whole trip. My toddler loved it! Breakfast was good too! Great customer service at buffet & front desk. Our room was always tidied & trash was always taken out. Will stay here again.

Fresh new hotel with a modern retro aesthetic. Our standard double room was quite compact; fortunately, reception stored our enormous baggage. Staff was kind and courteous. Wouldn’t mind staying here again.
