I would like to commend your driver, Mr. Hada ( 秦健朗 ) for the excellent service he provided during the Mt. Omuro Day Tour on 11 June 2026. Mr. Hada was professional, friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the trip. He drove safely, ensured that passengers were comfortable, and managed the itinerary efficiently while allowing us sufficient time to enjoy the attractions. His clear communication, punctuality, and positive attitude made the tour pleasant and enjoyable for everyone. We truly appreciated his dedication and excellent customer service, which contributed greatly to our wonderful experience at Mt. Omuro. I did my tour with Serina and she is an absolutely lovely person that gives it at least 110% effort in order to make the journey as pleasant and as smooth as possible for everyone. I usually dislike tours like this to be honest, as the itinerary is either bad or tour guide not managing the group well enough in order for everyone being on time. Serina managed all of that excellently though and I would choose to travel with her again for sure. Had a great day, thank you Serina!

Stunning Coastal Escape! 🏔️🌊 A perfect day trip that balances mountain views and ocean breezes. Mt. Omuro is the star—the chairlift ride up is fun, and the 360-degree views of Mt. Fuji and the islands from the crater rim are unforgettable. Mt. Omuro: Unique volcanic scenery; the easy walk around the summit is a must. Jogasaki Coast: Dramatic cliffs and a thrilling suspension bridge. Atami/Ito: Charming coastal vibes and great spots for local seafood. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to see Japan's natural beauty beyond the city!

This tour is mostly self-guided. The drive is about 2-3 hours each way, in a mini-van. You'll get amazing views of the sea and the seaside towns. As well as the chairlift up Mount Omuro and the Zoo. The Zoo is completely unique and I recommend spending less than an hour walking the mountain to spend more time at the zoo. It is a very large zoo and can be done in less than two hours, well worth the entrance fee. You get to feed the animals (capybara, peacocks, otters, penguins etc...). It was amazing how a lot of the animals are free roaming and its basically an open air play pen (mind the smell and watch for poop). He takes you early to the mountain because tourism crowds peak around noon. Overall it was an unforgettable experience. Also the tour guide doesnt wait for latecomers since he wants to get on the road to beat traffic, so please respect his time and everyone elses. Also bring lots of cash and 100 yen coins. They come in handy for the feedings.

Booked a day trip bcs we wanted to go to Shizuoka. When booing the trip, I specifically requested for halal/Muslim-friendly food recommendations. Our tour guide, Zhao, was very helpful in ensuring we manage to get Muslim-friendly food. He's also very knowledgeable about the places he brings us to and quite funny 😂. We enjoyed the trip a lot, exploring the beauty of Izu. Thank you, Zhao for all the explanations, guidance and assistance provided. Highly recommended 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Long drive along the coastline to Omuro, scenic and car was comfortable, ¥1000 pp for a cable ride to go up Omuro Mountain, fog rolled in so couldn’t see much, it was very chilly at the top so I brought a T-shirt for ¥3800, not much of a choice up there so just bring an extra shirt or jacket. Our guide, Wei, was very nice and accommodating, we managed to communicate through text on WhatsApp. we had about 2 1/2 hours to check out Omuro and the zoo, but it wasn’t clear, so some people had only half an hour to check out the zoo. The entrance fee of the zoo was ¥2800 on weekdays, save your cable ticket and get ¥100 off zoo fee. so much to see at the zoo so I would try to spend more time at the zoo, then drove to Jogasaki, walked along the jagged rocks and crossed a small bridge, which looked bigger and different in the ad. Then went to the marine market for 30 minutes, I did buy a lot only to realize it’s cheaper at the regular local stores. good trip to get away from city

Omgosh! This was a long drive, but Mr. Jhon was amazing. We had a random stop for Potty Break and found some unique snacks. Hakone is so beautiful and green in June. The weather was perfect and we saw Mt. Fuji so many times.

We had a wonderful experience on this Izu day tour! The meeting point was easy to find, and our driver spoke excellent English, making everything easy to understand. He was also very accommodating, especially whenever anyone needed a bathroom break. Although we were disappointed that Mt. Omuro was closed, the tour operator informed us ahead of time that it would be unavailable from June 15 to 25, which we appreciated. Instead, we visited Izu Shaboten Zoo, and it became one of the highlights of our trip. Interacting with the capybaras was so much fun, and many of the animals roamed freely, making the experience even more memorable. Jogasaki Coast was breathtaking, and crossing the Kadonowaki Suspension Bridge offered incredible ocean views. The seaside train ride was also scenic and relaxing. Even without Mt. Omuro, this tour exceeded our expectations and is one I would happily recommend.

lovely place which allows you to get up close and personal with a variety of animals. Boat ride was fun too but take note they only speak Japanese.
