I am extremely satisfied. There are many kinds of animals, and I went to see the capybaras, but I was surprised at how big they were compared to what I expected. I actually fell more in love with the red pandas than the capybaras, which made it even more enjoyable. There is also an animal performance arena, but unfortunately, it was closed by the time I got there. I had a wonderful time before leaving. If you give yourself about two hours, you can fully enjoy everything.

It was a great trip and the guide was a 10/10. Just keep in mind that there aren't five stops, but three: the mountain or the zoo, then the train ride, and afterwards the bridge. Still, it was great for the price. There were only nine of us in a van, but it was very comfortable and fun :)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was so lucky to have Zoe/Xiao Wang as our tour guide for the Atami Fireworks Day Tour! What impressed me most about the entire trip was her excellent management of time and group order. Her explanations of the attractions were clear, and she thoroughly covered all important details. She also managed every meeting time perfectly, allowing the entire itinerary to proceed smoothly as planned. I particularly appreciate her "gentle but principled" approach to leading the group. When she needed to remind group members, she always maintained a soft demeanor but firmly insisted that everyone adhere to the schedule and group rules. I believe a good tour guide isn't necessarily about providing excessive service, but rather about clearly communicating what needs to be said and effectively managing what needs to be controlled, allowing travelers to enjoy their journey with peace of mind. Mila was our guide and she was amazing! She explained everything clearly and went above and beyond for me. It was a long day but the spots were beautiful if you just wanted a quick day trip/break from Tokyo. I am a solo female traveller also and I thoroughly enjoyed it!!

We had a big bus to a cozy group of about 12 people. The ride was comfortable since the journey was long but we were given breaks at rest stops along the way. The guides took good care of us. The weather was great and we were given enough time to explore Jogasaki coast and Mt Omuro. The latter was foggy at times and taking a walk around the crater felt mystical because of the fog and illusion of low hanging clouds. It was also cooling to walk around which was a good respite from the hot humid summer.

আমরা এই ইজু ডে ট্যুরে একটি চমৎকার অভিজ্ঞতা লাভ করেছি! সাক্ষাতের জায়গাটি খুঁজে পাওয়া সহজ ছিল এবং আমাদের চালক সাবলীল ইংরেজি বলতেন, যার ফলে সবকিছু বোঝা সহজ হয়ে গিয়েছিল। তিনি অত্যন্ত সহযোগিতাপূর্ণও ছিলেন, বিশেষ করে যখনই কারোর বিশ্রাগারের বিরতির প্রয়োজন হতো। যদিও আমরা কিছুটা হতাশ হয়েছিলাম যে মাউন্ট ওমুরো বন্ধ ছিল, তবুও ট্যুর অপারেটর আমাদের আগেই জানিয়ে দিয়েছিলেন যে এটি ১৫ থেকে ২৫ জুন পর্যন্ত বন্ধ থাকবে, যা আমরা বেশ প্রশংসা করেছি। এর পরিবর্তে, আমরা ইজু শাবোটেন চিড়িয়াখানা পরিদর্শন করেছি এবং এটি আমাদের ভ্রমণের অন্যতম সেরা আকর্ষণ হয়ে উঠেছিল। ক্যাপিবারাগুলোর সাথে সময় কাটানো খুবই আনন্দের ছিল এবং অনেক প্রাণীই স্বাধীনভাবে ঘুরে বেড়াচ্ছিল, যা অভিজ্ঞতাটিকে আরও বেশি স্মরণীয় করে তুলেছে। জোগাসাকি উপকূলটি অসাধারণ ছিল এবং কাদনওয়াকি ঝুলন্ত সেতু পার হওয়ার সময় সমুদ্রের অবিশ্বাস্য দৃশ্য দেখা গেছে। সমুদ্রের ধারের ট্রেন যাত্রাটিও ছিল মনোরম এবং আরামদায়ক। মাউন্ট ওমুরো না থাকা সত্ত্বেও, এই ট্যুরটি আমাদের প্রত্যাশাকে ছাড়িয়ে গেছে এবং এটি এমন একটি ভ্রমণ যা আমি আনন্দের সাথেই সুপারিশ করব।

​My wife and I recently booked the Klook Mt. Omuro & Izu trip, and we couldn't be happier with the experience, largely thanks to our guide, Andrew. He was exceptionally attentive, organized, and welcoming throughout the entire day. Andrew truly went the extra mile for everyone in our group, taking amazing care of all the details and making sure we were both comfortable and well looked after. We went on 10/9, nice sunny weather and not windy. Everything went well ✨️ Our guide Mr. Ko explained the tour in English very well, despite we're the only non-Chinese speaking there 😆 Too bad we didn't get the chance to get on the black train. So we went straight to Mt. Omuro and the zoo, and the train ride became the last on our itinerary. We arrived around 6.30. Also thanks to the driver for driving us safely 😁

Guide Kim Seol-hwa explained everything kindly and in detail, so I had a wonderful tour. It would also be wonderful to bring my parents here for a day~
