Cleanliness: Very good. The location is relatively convenient by tram, but a bit inconvenient by taxi or car due to the many one-way streets nearby.

Great location, right near Osaka Station, like a 5 minute walk. I could see the Shinkansen trains coming and going right from my room. Good size room, too. Not too small.
