Things to do in Komtar Skywalk

Purchase the Komtar Five Attractions Pass online, which includes: the 68th-floor Rainbow Skywalk, the 65th-floor Observatory Deck and Cantilevered Glass Walkway, the Indoor Aquarium, and the Jurassic Research Center. After purchasing tickets, you'll receive a unique QR code. Simply exchange this code for an admission wristband at the park counter. This wristband serves as your pass, granting you access to all facilities, making the process simple and smooth. From indoor aquatic ecosystems and prehistoric Jurassic scenes to the double-decker cantilevered skywalk and panoramic city views, one trip offers a rich blend of science education, fun, thrills, and sightseeing, ensuring an incredibly fulfilling and exciting day.

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon, and while the area near the cable car station was crowded, the park itself was noticeably less so. It was a rare opportunity for a forest bath, and the environment was very well preserved. The scenery was incredibly beautiful, and the treetop walk and skywalk offered great photo opportunities. As mentioned in other reviews, the network coverage nearby was very poor, and there was no network at all inside the park, so it's essential to prepare an offline QR code in advance. We didn't see any monkeys or squirrels in the park that day, and staff suggested they are easier to spot in the morning. However, we were lucky enough to encounter them all outside the park! Be aware that there are a lot of mosquitoes and insects inside the park; even after applying repellent, we were still a 'crazy buffet' for them, so be prepared. After exploring, there was a free shuttle bus back to the cable car station, which was a great arrangement.

We were so engaged in all of the tech stands there that I forgot to take the photos )) This museum works best for older children (10+), in my opinion. Definitely worth a visit, especially if combined with other attractions in Komtar

I was skeptical at first as Penang's history is not new to me but this production pleasantly surprised me. It was a sincere production with engaging performances. Really appreciate the thoughtful screen on the tables of premium seating as there are pillars blocking the stage view. Dinner was pleasant, taste was good but not wow. Overall an awesome experience which I will definitely recommend for tourist.

The aquarium soo niceeeee and beautiful. there are feeding shows to the fishes and stingrays at 2pm, 2.20pm and 2.40pm. Really worth it.

My daughter love it very much. She's enjoy taking photo & laugh out loud after seeing the amazing scene. Ticket price unfortunately did not hv special column for OKU, so we hv to purchase normal price & not refundable. We bought ticket via klook.

this was such a lovely time, a thoughtfully curated tour by our amazing guide Garrick. It was a pleasure to be able to learn about George Town and Penang from the eyes of a local foodie, all the food was amazing, would highly recommend this tour

Had such a lovely experience at OLA Studio. The studio was bright, super clean, welcoming, and full of creative energy with other people enjoying different craft classes too. After a really clear introduction covering the do’s, don’ts, and a practice session, I was off tufting my little heart out. Three hours later, a tufting masterpiece was born! The atmosphere was calm and relaxed with no pressure at all, which made it really enjoyable even as a beginner. One thing I really appreciated was being able to send my design idea beforehand, so it was already drawn onto the canvas ready for me when I arrived. location: equipment: A little tip for anyone booking: if possible, plan to collect your tufting the next day. I didn’t realise beforehand that if you want to take it the same day, you’ll need to allow extra time for trimming and finishing. Such a fun, creative experience and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Penang looking for something different to do.
