After purchasing tickets, you'll receive a unique QR code. Simply exchange this code for an admission wristband at the park counter. This wristband serves as your pass, granting you access to all facilities, making the process simple and smooth. From indoor aquatic ecosystems and prehistoric Jurassic scenes to the double-decker cantilevered skywalk and panoramic city views, one trip offers a rich blend of science education, fun, thrills, and sightseeing, ensuring an incredibly fulfilling and exciting day.

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon, and while the area near the cable car station was crowded, the park itself was noticeably less so. It was a rare opportunity for a forest bath, and the environment was very well preserved. The scenery was incredibly beautiful, and the treetop walk and skywalk offered great photo opportunities. As mentioned in other reviews, the network coverage nearby was very poor, and there was no network at all inside the park, so it's essential to prepare an offline QR code in advance. We didn't see any monkeys or squirrels in the park that day, and staff suggested they are easier to spot in the morning. However, we were lucky enough to encounter them all outside the park! Be aware that there are a lot of mosquitoes and insects inside the park; even after applying repellent, we were still a 'crazy buffet' for them, so be prepared. After exploring, there was a free shuttle bus back to the cable car station, which was a great arrangement.

We were so engaged in all of the tech stands there that I forgot to take the photos )) This museum works best for older children (10+), in my opinion. Definitely worth a visit, especially if combined with other attractions in Komtar

The aquarium soo niceeeee and beautiful. there are feeding shows to the fishes and stingrays at 2pm, 2.20pm and 2.40pm. Really worth it.

I was skeptical at first as Penang's history is not new to me but this production pleasantly surprised me. It was a sincere production with engaging performances. Really appreciate the thoughtful screen on the tables of premium seating as there are pillars blocking the stage view. Dinner was pleasant, taste was good but not wow. Overall an awesome experience which I will definitely recommend for tourist.

It’s a very cool museum with friendly staff. I thought it would be a short tour given it’s located in a small building but it turned out to have a lot of content. 100% recommend for history lovers.
