Our family of four stayed here and found the reception staff to be friendly. It's very close to the Miramar shopping center, practically next door. Dining and kids' entertainment are very convenient. The beds were comfortable to sleep in at night, but the air conditioning was a bit strong.

Clean and comfortable with great service. The lounge is conveniently equipped with a microwave and toaster oven. The complimentary snacks and coffee are a thoughtful touch.

Cleanliness: Very clean
Hotel location: Very convenient, within a 10-minute walk to Shilin Night Market.
The room's soundproofing is excellent. The only minor drawback was the pillows! After one night, we both didn't sleep well because the pillows were too soft and low. But everything else was really great.

Service: Excellent, although it's a bit of a shame that you can't choose your preferred room type.
Hotel Location: Very convenient, easily accessible by MRT, bus, or car.

Convenient location, bright environment, close to Shilin Night Market, Children's Amusement Park, Science Education Center, and Astronomical Science Museum. It is very suitable for a two-day and one-night family trip, and within walking distance.

The room's AC is great, but the room is too close to the toilet, which can cause odors. The hotel doesn't have a breakfast restaurant, so you have to take care of it yourself. Still, I highly recommend it!

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in — cozy, friendly staff, and free luggage storage. Loved the shared lounge on the 7th floor for relaxing and snacks. The nearest MRT is about 800m, but a bus stop is right in front of the hotel.

The hotel has a great location, and it looks perfect for a getaway with close friends or family. The rooms are fairly clean. I recommend visiting Taipei more often if you have the chance!
