The room was very clean and the staff was very kind. Free snacks and water and comfortable beds. Easy to find and good location.

Very convenient area. The front desk staff is always around. Helped me changed the dead battery of my remote controller right away that I can enjoy the TV in the room. They helped me UPGRADED my room to a room with window which is on top of the wall.

Just a little bit too far from the train station, other than that, it is a great place, night market with great food just downstairs, and lots of places to go

Room is clean and convenient location to Ningxia night market, metro station and bus station.

Great location. Close to metro and night market. A lot of food options around. If you like to walk, it’s a walking distance for some major city attractions. Room was small but spotless. Beds are very comfortable what helped us to change out time zone. You can hear people talking outside of room if they pass, but not many would pass our room. Unlimited and great snacks/soft drinks 24/7 in a lobby. Staff very friendly and helpful. Check in/out seamless. We arrived one day earlier than planned and couldn’t reserve the same room type for first night. Staff was very nice to upgrade our first night room to the same level as rest of nights, thank you! Shower pressure was great. The only issue we had with conditioner. It worked well but I couldn’t figure out how to switch it to climate control so it stops when cold enough. I should ask staff but it wasn’t a big deal and I let it go. We definitely will book this hotel when will visit Taipei next time. It’s not upscaled hotel with more perks, but excellent for the price we had.

I highly recommend this place. The first night was rough since we had an issue with a bad odor coming from the bathroom drain. We immediately let the front desk know and we were upgraded to a bigger room which was nice. This property has an outstanding customer service, quick to respond and they provide water bottles and snacks in the lobby. The area is close to everything and surprisingly quiet. Front desk also printed out my visa to Vietnam for free. I would stay here again.

The service was just fantastic and the girls that check me in, sorry dint get her name, just went all out to make everything just perfect even got me a room for 11 am instead of 4 pm went it supposed to check inn after a overnight flight, the room perfect the location perfent, will stay their again. Thank you so much😊😊😊😊

Very quiet for sleeping. Some concern re security as anyone off the street can walk up to the door of my hotel room. Free snacks and water.

A very pleasant stay in this hotel. Staffs are very friendly & helpful, allows me to check-in the hotel room before check-in time.
