I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. One feature I especially appreciated was the Japanese-style bidet in the bathroom, which made the stay even more comfortable. The hotel also has an excellent location. It is just a few steps away from Ximending, making it very convenient for shopping, dining, and exploring the area. The staff were respectful, friendly, and always willing to help whenever needed. Their professionalism and hospitality made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I was also pleasantly surprised when they gave me a birthday card during my stay. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that made my birthday feel even more special. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay. I would gladly stay here again.

The location is definitely one of its biggest strengths — it’s just a short walk from the Ximen MRT Station, making it super convenient to explore the city. It’s also surrounded by food shops, convenience stores, and is very close to the lively Ximending Night Market, so there’s always something to eat or see nearby. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities they offered. Complimentary coffee and tea were available anytime, and they even served free Taiwanese snacks from 10 PM to 12 MN. The 24/7 self-service laundry was very convenient, especially for longer stays. Another unique service they offer is the ability to pre-order Taiwanese souvenirs for pick-up before departure (just make sure to place your order at least a day ahead). Most importantly, the front desk staff were incredibly hospitable, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Their warm service really made the stay even more enjoyable.

Located near Ximen station and many bus stops. Receptionists are approachable. Housekeeping staff do a good job. There is also a common area in the basement where guests can get water and complimentary snacks. The room is spacious enough for a comfortable stay.

This has to be the best budget hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I’m picky with hotels especially with all the bad reviews of Ximending accommodations having moldy and musty rooms. I was actually bracing for the same issues when I booked this hotel but I was pleasantly surprised with how clean and well-maintained everything was. Rooms were modern and had Netflix, Youtube, movies, Disney+, etc. The front desk staff were also top notch: they spoke great English, were attentive to our needs (they remembered all our requests and needs), and were easy to transact with. Big plus as well for the following: airport shuttle, common area with laundry room and free food, luggage services before and after check out. Will definitely boom this hotel again.

Deluxe Double room（City View, With Window）was quite small. view was a construction site. chexk in was not allowed to be early. 3pm checkin but suitcases can be left while waiting for 3pm. snacks and coffee machine there .

We stayed 4 nights (triple sharing) the room had no windows but feel didn’t small. Instead it was very spacious and comfortable. The beds and pillows were so soft and the bathroom was excellent. Shower was great and their shampoo, body wash & hand soap smells so good. They replenish your slipper, & water everyday. They have free snacks for your at the room after cleaning. Location was ideal (only 7 mins from Ximending and 3 mins from Exit 3 of Ximen station). best part was their mini gift to my sister for her bday. They had balloons & cake for her which was so nice. The staff was so helpful that they lent us umbrellas when it was raining & helped me with the elevator when carrying my takeout orders. The best was they emailed me that I left our neck pillows at our room (We were already at the airport then) and they’re willing to hold til I come back next year. It’s such a nice experience staying here and I would definitely book again on my next trip.

my second time staying at this hotel. honestly, the second stay is way better experience than the first. the staff are accommodating, the room i got is a bit quiet than my first stay so that was good. the room will only be available at 3pm no matter the availability of the room.
