We arrived at 9:10 AM, about a 40-minute Grab taxi ride from Sanur. I didn't realize it was in Kuta, but it was perfect for a day of water fun with the family. My 6th-grade son took a surfing class, and there were so many exciting activities that we had a blast. It's similar to Korea's Caribbean Bay, but not as large. We actually preferred the smaller size because it made navigating easier. Please note that outside food is not allowed when entering! However, you can always find it again when you leave. The staff were very friendly, and the locker rooms were clean and nice. The staff also clean the restrooms very frequently to prevent guests from slipping! Even if you're not visiting with children, Waterbom Bali won't disappoint! Highly recommended! It's best to book in advance and download your voucher. Any remaining balance from food or class fees paid inside will be fully refunded when you leave.

highly recommended for full cultural experince, we just regretted that we only got to spend few hours and if we only knew that tey have variety of cultural shows, we could have stayed longer, must visit when in Bali

This activity is highly recommended for people who wants to try surfing. It's not just for beginners or first timers but as well for intermediate surfers. Their instructors were very approachable and knowledgeable. They ensure your safety well and teaches you techniques on what to do, gives you feedback on where you can improve and always helpful. My friend and I booked this activity 4times during our stay in Bali. And we would like to express our gratitude for our instructors OZZY and ONLY for being patient with us for the 4days surf lesson we had with 27 Surf School. And kudos to the whole team, like really The Whole 27 SURF TEAM , for the good vibes always and everyday! Happy surfing!

From the calming aroma at the door to the incredible treatment, this was the ultimate self-care experience. The atmosphere was incredibly peaceful, the facilities were spotless, and the staff was so warm and welcoming. We had an amazing time at the silver jewelry making workshop in Kuta! Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and the staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire experience.
They guided us every step of the way and made sure the rings we created turned out perfectly. We really appreciated the attention to detail and how they took the time to ensure we were happy with the final result.
It was such a fun and memorable activity, and we left with beautiful handmade rings that we'll treasure forever. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kuta and looking for a unique experience!

It was an amazing experience! We (a huge family of 16) booked for a 5.30pm slot and it was just perfect. We had time to take beautiful sunset photos as we requested the food to be served at 6pm. Staff were very friendly and warm, even helped to take photos. The food served was delicious too. Highly recommended.

We stayed across from the beach and chose a two-hour lesson. Unexpectedly, after the first lesson, we immediately booked a second day of classes.
Safety: Since my child is only 6 years old and not heavy enough, the instructor was by his side the entire time, helping him with the board. Of course, before the lesson, the instructor also taught safety procedures.
Instructor: The instructor was very nice and enthusiastic. My child was able to stand up on the first day, and he specifically requested to have the same instructor for the second day. The instructor spent two full hours with him, and by the second day, he could stand on the board for quite a while. During breaks, the instructor even carried him back to the resting area and took him to rinse off. Very professional.
