The room given to me (348) had multiple defects. Wifi was the biggest problem. Couldn't use internet on phone, TV, Laptop..anything because of substandard wifi. The remote lighting control panel was partially operational. There was a communication issue with hotel as well. I tried to call them prior check-in but there was no response. No body answered my calls. Neither they replied to my e-mails. I wanted some special arrangements for the bed and for dinner as i was planning my honeymoon there. But nothing could be arranged. We didn't find any interesting structures made out of towels on the bed which i saw in the pictures online. That's really disappointing! Not to mention the unsatisfactory view from our Balcony. We expected pool side view which would have added a nice touch to our room. Balinese spa is OK but quite expensive. Breakfast Buffet was good. Gym was also good. Cleaning and Serving staff was attentive and courteous. Overall, a smartly located Hotel with decent room services but pathetic Wifi and even worse customer support/services.
