This was my favorite tourist attraction in Vietnam. I learned so much about the country’s history and what its people went through. Honestly, it was a lot to take in while walking through the War Remnants Museum, and it left a deep impression on me. This is definitely a must-visit attraction for anyone visiting Vietnam.

We visited the Independence Palace and War Remnants Museum with our guide Kevin. Both are fascinating and, in our view, must-sees in Ho Chi Minh City.
The Independence Palace offers a fascinating insight into the Vietnam War, with its historic meeting and banquet rooms, communications rooms and underground bunker, as well as great views over the city.
The War Remnants Museum, just a short walk away, is extremely powerful and visual, showing the devastating effects of war and the suffering and resistance of the Vietnamese people.
Kevin was knowledgeable and flexible, allowing us time for drinks and snacks, which made the tour work very well even with a young child. Highly recommended.

It was a truly enjoyable experience to spend the evening on a bus, admiring the illuminated skyscrapers. Booking through Klook was simple, and the pick-up and drop-off location was conveniently at the Opera House.

We had a wonderful morning exploring Ho Chi Minh City with our guide, Penny. She was warm, knowledgeable, and made the tour both enjoyable and informative.
We visited the Saigon Central Post Office, Independence Palace, and the War Remnants Museum. Penny shared fascinating insights into the history and culture of each site, making the experience even more meaningful. Unfortunately, the Notre Dame Cathedral was closed for renovations, but Penny ensured we still made the most of our visit to the area.
The tour was well organised from start to finish. Our driver was punctual, friendly, and professional, and the private vehicle was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned, making it easy to relax between stops.
This was a fantastic introduction to Ho Chi Minh City, and we highly recommend this Klook tour. If you're lucky enough to have Penny as your guide, you're in for a memorable and enjoyable experience!

One of the best tours to truly understand and appreciate Vietnam and how it has become what it is today. It took a long time for Vietnam to get to where it is now, and this tour provides valuable insight into that journey.
The war remnants was heart-wrenching, and I couldn't finish looking through all the photos because they were incredibly heavy and heartbreaking.
Despite the emotional experience, we had an amazing time during the tour. Be sure to bring cooling spray, water, and a fan to help you survive the Ho Chi Minh heat!
A special thank you to our tour guide Cyta, who made this tour even more enjoyable. she was kind, knowledgeable, and shared so many stories about Vietnam's past, which made the experience much more meaningful.
We really appreciate this type of tour arrangement compared to traditional travel agency tours. It allowed us to explore at our own pace while immersing ourselves in the local culture and daily life. It felt more personal, authentic, and enjoyable overall.

We had a thoroughly enjoyable day with Daisy and her driver yesterday. We went to a lacquered art workshop, Cu Chi Tunnels, lunch at a beautiful restaurant, War Remnant Museum, and Independence Palace. Daisy was the perfect balance of knowledgeable while also allowing us to explore on our own. When we went to the tunnels and my youngest was too frightened to go crawl through them, Daisy kept her entertained while the rest of our family went through the 20m tunnels - HIGHLY recommend by the way! The SUV was extremely comfortable, with head rests, cup holders, chargers, snacks and candy. The driver even added fresh pandan leaves so the car smelled amazing. It was a blistering hot day and being able to return to this car was heavenly. We felt very well taken care of and had the best day. Highly recommend Daisy and this custom tour for a fun and educational day.
