Ho Chi Minh City - Vung Tau by Hai Van Bus

I booked an airport pickup for 3:30 PM. At 3:15 PM, I received a call, and they came to look for me. It was good that they found me after I sent a selfie, but I think it would be easier if there was a way to input arrival flight details and terminal information. It was fortunate that I had a local SIM card connected. It took about 4 hours to get to Vung Tau because of heavy traffic. During a rest stop, they collected payment, but they didn't check the voucher and only confirmed after I told them I had already paid. I'd like to see this improved. Otherwise, the air conditioning worked well, and the seats were comfortable, so I was satisfied. A fellow passenger on the bus was listening to social media loudly, which was incredibly noisy; I wonder if that's part of Vietnamese culture.

Shared van service was great. No issues. About a 20 minute break at a rest area where you could purchase something to eat or drink. The only thing odd was us meeting up with the van from where if first departs. Even the workers seemed surprised to see us there. Everyone else was picked up at their hotel or a designated meeting point. Perhaps they booked directly and our location was due to third party Klook reservation. Not an issue for us, just seemed odd. Highly recommend Hai Van service though.

This was our first trip from Ho Chi Minh City to Vung Tau with my parents. The massage chairs were great, and we stopped at a rest area in the middle, so there was no need to worry about restrooms. It was a very comfortable journey, and it was even better that they dropped us off right in front of our hotel in Vung Tau. I plan to use this service again when returning to Ho Chi Minh City. I highly recommend it for Koreans traveling from Ho Chi Minh City to Vung Tau.

I used this service to travel from Vung Tau to Tan Son Nhat International Airport. The pickup location in Vung Tau was inconvenient and difficult to find on Google Maps, so I contacted the bus company. They informed me that I could specify a location, so I requested the Imperial Hotel. There was a heavy thunderstorm exactly at the pickup time, so I was glad I chose the hotel. I wish Klook would provide clearer instructions.

You came directly to the Vung Tau Malibu Hotel and made it to the airport just fine! It took about two and a half hours to get to Vung Tau, but since we were going to Ho Chi Minh City and then to the airport on the way back, it seemed to take about three and a half hours. So, if you're booking, you might want to calculate your departure flight schedule carefully. :)

The vehicle was very comfortable and new! This is definitely our top choice! It would be even more reassuring if there was a WhatsApp double confirmation of the information after the booking is confirmed.

Price: The price is affordable, and there will be a rest stop halfway through, highly recommended.

The limousine was comfortable and excellent. I arrived in the early morning and traveled smoothly by limousine.

Halfway through the trip, the driver asked me to pay the fare again. If it hadn't been for the WhatsApp message, it would have been a big problem. Thank you to the staff member who helped. I was very surprised when they asked for an additional 520,000 VND.
