Such a peaceful and scenic ride—perfect for relaxing and soaking in Arashiyama's natural beauty!

Unfortunately, it rained heavily on the day of travel, but the ride on the Sagano Romantic Train was still unforgettable. The entire train crew bids you a sweet farewell upon departure, and the conductor tells you all about the route. There's a great little museum and café at the station, and all in all, the ride is highly recommended; the river and the forests are beautiful.

There are many staffs in the shop. We booked in the morning before the shop opened, so we had to wait a bit. The staffs in the shop can speak Chinese and English. Most of the customers are probably Chinese because the staffs often speak Chinese. The clothes are cute, the hair style is done quickly, beautiful. Everyone in the shop is ready to serve.

it was just our own group so we were able to go through the tour easily, Naoya-san had some great tidbits of facts regarding Nijo castle.

The ladies at this shop are incredibly sweet and helpful! They have tons of kimonos to choose from and our hair looked beautiful! I highly recommend!

Location: The location is very convenient and it is easy to find the store. Experience: The staff is friendly and there are many styles of kimonos. The makeup and hairdressers are attentive and will listen to my requests.
