Good location w/ friendly staff. Only problem was it would be hard to get new towels at times - especially since I’m not the type that gets my room cleaned everyday. Nonetheless, good experience especially for the price.

Exceptional Service Even When Fully Booked! I arrived at The One Hotel Ben Thanh on the night of May 12, 2025, but the hotel was already fully booked. Thankfully, the male receptionist on duty — whose name I unfortunately forgot to get — was incredibly kind and professional. Instead of just turning me away, he arranged for me to stay at their sister hotel, The Passion Suite Hotel, and even paid for my Grab ride to make sure I got there safely. His thoughtful and generous service made all the difference. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. I truly appreciate the hospitality and will definitely stay again! 5 Stars! service: kind and friendly staff cleanliness: no problems with cleanliness; housekeeping everyday hotel location: close to a lot of tourist spots (less than 15-minute drive) breakfast: 4/5 I occasionally heard noises from the walls, but overall, I would still recommend this hotel. Suggestion to the hotel: add a do not disturb sign or button for guests since I do not want to have housekeeping everyday.

location was great - close to many tourist attractions in district 1. Malls are just 250m away, same as local market

We went there until yesterday. This place is so accommodating! The staffs are very nice and can speak english which is a plus! My friend also lost his hard drive and they are very helpful and quick to respond just today. Hopefully we can find it but overall, 5 star for me!

My brother and I had a great time at Adora Hotel. It was so convenient to all our activities moreso with restaurants to eat nearby. What we really liked was also the buffet breakfast every morning.
