I recently stayed at Felix Hotel, and while the overall facilities and accommodations met expectations, the service at check-in left room for improvement.
The front desk and front-of-house staff were efficient with administrative procedures, but the check-in experience felt overly transactional. The welcoming demeanor was quite minimal, and the staff could significantly improve by showing more warmth, hospitality, and a genuinely welcoming attitude toward arriving guests. Simple gestures like a warm smile, a friendly greeting, or a brief offer to orient guests to the hotel's amenities would make a substantial difference in setting a positive tone for the stay.
While the hotel itself is pleasant, enhancing front-line customer service and guest engagement would greatly elevate the overall experience.

It’s cheap and at the same time it’s worth the money you paid with. They accomodate customers on time especially when we need something they act on it right away for example when we request another bath towel, they deliver it asap to our room. But one thing i don’t like is that there’s a time that the water’s running slow and it took like 30mins for you to wait and they have no hot water. All in all, still worth the money.

the location is great if your planning to travel mui ne. we arrive late and it’s 24/7 check in. there’s also a receptionist. i forgot to take a photo. there’s a ref, electric fan and aircon. i dont have photo
