The environment is beautiful, and the alpacas are well cared for. I booked the tour in Mandarin, and the staff was very enthusiastic and funny, and also offered to take pictures. The whole tour, from the explanation to taking pictures with the alpacas and feeding them, is followed by a choice of coffee, tea, or juice, along with a cookie. The whole experience takes about an hour. Because it's popular, you can't wander around after the tour; they need to prepare for the next group of visitors! Although it's not long, it's definitely worth it. The alpacas don't smell at all, and they're very friendly and super cute.

The whole tour was amazing, although the itinerary was a bit hectic. Except for Mt. Cook, the other stops were quite short — just enough time to snap a few photos before moving on to the next spot. It’s understandable since the destinations are quite far from Christchurch. They also provided free lunch and snacks (chips), which was a nice touch

I had a good time travelling from Christchruch to Queenstown. We were also stopped at several places like Mt. Cook, Tasman Glacier, Lake Tekapo, Lake Pukaki, Lindis Pass, Orchrdas and High Country Salmon. If you are travelling from Christchurch to Queenstown, you will be transferred into other van in Mt Cook. Don't worry, the driver is as welcome as the first one. Overall good experience, thank you!

Just finished the Arthur’s Pass tour with Clive as our guide (hope I got the name right). Clive is a fantastic guide. He made sure we had enough time to explore, rest, and take pictures at every stop along the way. He provided very informative commentary during the trip and even led the way and showed us to the Cave Stream.
Thank you, Clive, for the kind hospitality and for always trying your best to accommodate the passengers’ needs.
Will definitely book another trip with Cheeky Kea next time I visit NZ!

Super passionate tour guides and overall wonderful tour end-to-end, with plenty of time for photos and viewing. Binoculars available per pair and one scope per group.

it was a tick in the bucket list for this trip to be able to climb Mount Sunday - Edoras, Captial of Rohan in LOTR. Photos were magnificent as the guide provided us with the replica of the weapons for photo shooting.

What a beautiful garden experience on the little train around the Botanical Gardens of Christchurch! We arrived an hour earlier than booked and were allowed to board the little train as there was plenty of room. Our guide, Chrissy, was very knowledgeable and her commentary was a joy to listen to. Though many of the flowers had finished, there was still much to admire, especially in the rose garden, where Chrissy let us out for a short wander. Many of the trees were a real delight to the eye...such grandeur! The sights and scents as we drove around the gardens for around 45 minutes made this a wonderful experience. Thank you, Chrissy!

Drifter is located near the Metro Bus interchange (1 minute walking distance). Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was stylish and well maintained. All in all, it was a great accomodation.
