Probably the best experience my family had in NZ.. This canopy tour and zip line is a smash!! The trail was out of the world scenic and we felt really safe in the hands of the guides.. Jake was amazing and friendly.. Will highly recommend this canopy trip if you ever want to do it once

My family and I love the tour in overall. our tour guide, she was so professional and friendly (8:10 am 7/12). we are blessed with the good nice weather. i recommend to go in the morning, as it’s not that hot during summer.

It was wounderful. The guide was very enthusiastic, knowledgeable. The village száll but very nice, it is amazing how warm the grund underground your fent. The corn what we received was so delicious. The haka performance was great and our son loved it very much. We had a wounderful day in the village despite the rainy morning and a sunny warm noon.

I'm a Korean tourist and signed up for this program because I'm interested in Māori culture. From the pickup, the friendly driver explained the program's background and itinerary, which made me look forward to it. Everything went smoothly as scheduled upon arrival, from the welcome greeting and Māori cultural activities to the performance and dinner. Above all, I appreciated the pride they have in their culture and the respect they showed for the tourists who came to experience it. The explanations were also given at a relatively slow pace. During dinner, they identified the tourists from each country and sang representative songs from those countries – their talent was amazing! I support their efforts to preserve their traditions while coexisting with the world! I’m a tourist from Korea and joined this program to experience Māori culture. Everything went smoothly from the pickup to the welcome, cultural activities, performance, and dinner. The pride they showed in their culture and the respect for visitors were truly impressive. I especially loved the dinner time when they sang songs from each guest’s country — such a wonderful touch!

Hanoz was our guide. He made the 8 in the group introduced ourselves. I enjoyed the caves mostly. My son loves the geysers. Anyway, I love that they were generous with their bottled drinking water and snacks. Their transport allows you to charge your phones. The ostrich feeding experience was fun.

This is a tour service that picks you up from Auckland and tours Hobbiton and Wai-O-Tapu. The guides, Ark and Sam, are very kind and always approach you first to offer help. There were 14 passengers, and all the seats were full, but the seats were wide and comfortable, so there was no discomfort, and we were so friendly that we said goodbye to each other when we parted. We were the only Koreans, and there was only one other Asian person besides us, but even if you don't speak English very well, the guides Ark and Sam explained the important things several times so that you could understand them, and they told us about the scenery along the way and New Zealand travel tips, which was great. Thank you for leaving us with happy memories. ^^

This tour was incredibly well organised and the small group size made the experience feel personal and relaxed. Hobbiton was absolutely magical — beautifully maintained and even better in person. Waitomo Glowworm Caves were breathtaking and unlike anything I’ve seen before. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and shared great insights throughout the day. Transport was comfortable and everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend this tour for anyone wanting a memorable and stress-free experience!

We joined the Rotorua tour with CheekyKiwi Tours and had Jeoff as our driver/guide. He was professional, friendly, and made the journey enjoyable with his humor and stories. Wai-O-Tapu’s geothermal wonders were breathtaking, the Polynesian Spa was the perfect place to relax, and the Rotorua city tour gave great local flavor. Jeoff’s care, attentiveness, and knowledge made the day unforgettable. Highly recommend both CheekyKiwi Tours and Jeoff!

It was an extremely satisfying packaged day tour led by Dave. He was very friendly and caring toward all of us and was super knowledgable of the area as we rode on our scenic drive. Loved the knowledge bits that Dave provided to us. Everything was well arranged and catered for us smoothly including the tickets, and not to mention the comfortable ride in the Mercedes van! We thoroughly enjoyed our Hobbiton and Rotorua tour with Dave! Highly recommend.
