The tour with Mr. Ngurah, the driver and photographer, exceeded my expectations. He wasn't just a driver helping with transportation, but a meticulous and passionate companion who could be considered a photographer and the best guide. He took photos with great care and knew the photo spots so well that he would stop the car and take additional photos, saying, "This is a beautiful spot!" even while moving. Thanks to him, I was able to capture many 인생샷 (photos of a lifetime) in unexpected places. He also personally helped with poses so that they wouldn't look awkward, so even solo travelers can take great photos without any burden. The driving was very safe and comfortable, so I didn't feel any anxiety while going up and down the mountain roads, and he even played exciting music on the way up and down, so I enjoyed the trip without getting sleepy. The long travel time felt like a fun travel course. He was the best driver with kindness, sense, safe driving, and photography skills. I am very grateful to Mr. Ngurah for leaving me with good memories and wonderful photos, and I sincerely and strongly recommend him if you are planning a tour in Bali!

this was such a brilliant experience. the hike was easy going down to the canoes, just a little bit slippery from the rain but no issue at all. there were a few bugs so better brilliant prepared and bring bug spray with you - but pur guide had some to share. thank you Luhde for the amazing tour and experience and for your patience! And thank you Buda for your amazing driving and the culture lesson you told us in the way.

Scenery: I just finished a solo trip to Bromo and Ijen. It was amazing to see both volcanoes so close up. For anyone worried about the hike up Ijen, it’s really not that difficult if you exercise regularly.The scenery was simply majestic, but the team is what made it so good.
Guide: Big thanks to Edi, Fauzi, Sulis, and other members of the tour team for organizing such a unique experience. I will certainly find them again next time I'm in Indonesia.

My tour guide for this solo trip was Ardi, and he has more than 10 years of driving experience. The drive was smooth, the views were stunning. He was really patient in taking nice photos for me and waiting whenever I needed. He explained everything clearly and speaks good English. He is very kind and generous. Thank you for your assistance, Ardi! I had a lovely time.

I have to say - This tour was great. From pick up to drop off every person we met was fantastic. Our driver was an incredible guy who showed us the back roads to the meeting point. A big special shout out to Tony, our guide, who really made the hike special. He was so funny and kept pace with us up the mountain (we were determined to make it to the top first). He took amazing photos for us and overall just made something like climbing a mountain feel easy. Many of the guides speak little English so you’ll need to make the experience your own and just roll with the guides as you go. My partner and I went planning a climb but the company went out of their way to provide us jackets from some of their local friends, which was an incredible touch. we can’t say anything but positive things and highly recommend. It’s a tough climb though so be warned!

just amazing !!!! waw the driver Jhon is beyond helpful , very nice and friendly and mostly patient and respectful. for the sunrise hike I had Suriya as a guide very patient strong and helpful. he took amazing photos of me and he helped me litterly held my hand and waited for me while I was struggling to hike ( not that easy of a hike fyi). he even brought me water🥹. if you’re booking this tour and want an A star experience make sure to have Jhon and Suriya and you’ll guarantee an epic day !

The package was awesome. Our driver Mr Sardi is very professional and proactive contact us the day before the journey. He arrived on time at hotel and the journey was smooth and steady. It was value for money and recommended package. The waterfall is magnificent. Proper guide to waterfall areas.

Ketut our guide was amazing! He brought us to discover the rural side of Bali. Through Rice Fields, water streams, canyons and even local typical houses. We had an incredible time and it was definitely one of the highlights we had in Bali! A tip if you’re doing this tour: dress up as you were going on a trekking with water arriving up to your upper body.
