When I needed to change my schedule, they contacted the local operator directly and arranged everything for me. Replies were always fast, and they even helped with things before I asked. Our experience was amazing and breathtaking. The communication was great and easy. Directions was very clear and was able to get to location easy. We were guided to our boat and was welcomed on board with water and fresh cut fruits. They had a dance entertainer at the beginning. The river cruise was beautiful and for the 9pm fire and water breathing the boat parked perfectly with picture/video perfect views. great experience! would highly recommend to friends and family. Our trip was on a Friday 8pm slot. There we so many people since the 8pm slot is best for the 9pm dragon bridge fire and water show. Despite this, we really enjoyed the trip. 1) the watermelon is really sweet and juicy, 2) the dancer is really good, 3) the seating is fine since we got there early 4) the boat driver of Phu Quy is really smart getting us one of the best views, 5) and the tips we got from the reviews is amazing! make sure to get the 8pm slot if booking (fri, sat, sun) to see the dragon of the dragon bridge spew fire and water. Make sure to enter the port and find the ticket booth to show your voucher so they will give you tickets for the cruise. And be there early to get a nice seat — although since the captain of this boat is smart, not only the people in front gets a good view, but everyone at the back as well.

The food was okay and served as a plated meal. The cruise leaves exactly on time, so make sure to be punctual. Overall, you’ll definitely enjoy the tour.

It was worth having this experience. Voad ride was super comfortable and unique one.. Just one issue, it was very inside and google map was showing incorrect coynters of klook. it should be more accurate.

This was a very fun way to see Da Nang from the river. We did the night cruise which had some onboard entertainment with a dancer. They offered paid drinks if you also wanted them. Overall a really good cruise considering the price! Highly recommend!

Price was much cheaper then walking in directly to the booth. The cruise experience was wonderful since I book the tickets during the dragon bridge showtimes. There is no need to wait in the crowd to watch the dragon bridge show .

Since it was Friday night, the pier was crowded, but I quickly followed the people waiting to board the boat, guided by the QR code reservation confirmation sent to my counter. Unfortunately, there was no water or fruit on board, but beer was available for purchase. It's an experience best had in person. The scenery is amazing! 😊 We were able to see both the fire and water displays from the Dragon Bridge.

Riding a motorbike around the city at night was truly memorable, especially on the weekend when you can see the vibrant Dragon Bridge show. A huge thanks to my guide, An. We shared so much about our respective cultures. An was very skillful and communicative. This program really helped to explore Da Nang, Vietnam, more deeply.
