Ba Na Hills and Golden Bridge Day Tour from Da Nang

Our group traveled in a medium-sized bus, with a total of 15 people. The tour guide was very professional and spoke English fluently. When we arrived at Ba Na Hills, everyone collectively purchased a Wow Pass. The guide, being very familiar with the area, led us through shortcuts, so we didn't have to wait in line anywhere. After taking the cable car to the main park area, the guide gave us three hours of free time before we had to prepare to head back down the mountain. Honestly, for such a large park, three hours, including time for a meal, is truly not enough. Coming all this way, it felt a bit disappointing. The premium all-you-can-eat buffet included in this package is highly not recommended. Its price is actually around $350 to $400 NTD, so you shouldn't expect high quality. The restaurant is very large and extremely crowded, and it seemed that most of the patrons were Vietnamese. We saw many people wearing flip-flops or putting their feet directly on the chairs, and children were running around making noise. The overall dining atmosphere was not very pleasant. I suggest not buying this buffet; the food quality is poor, and eating there wastes valuable time. Save your money, grab some light snacks within the park, and gain more time to explore the various exhibits and attractions instead.

My family and I had an amazing time at Ba Na Hills! The Golden Bridge was absolutely breathtaking, and the cable car ride offered stunning views. Our guide, Thang, was really nice and helped us take so many beautiful photos that we'll cherish forever. He was also very knowledgeable and made sure the whole group felt taken care of. First time to Ba Na hills with the whole family, with elderly and kids. Booking the tour makes things a lot easier. Our guide Huu Hang contacted me one day earlier on the pick up timing and what to prepare. Hang was attentive to ours need, from helping my elderly mother who have difficulty walking to getting us food as well. Highly recommend to get the priority WOW pass to skip queue on cable card and dining. We had a wonderful time

This was my favorite and most memorable tour from my trip to Da Nang and is an absolute must-do! Everything was very well organized from start to finish, and I really appreciated the team contacting me beforehand and arranging transportation directly from my hotel. The timing of the itinerary was perfect and gave us plenty of time to enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. Ba Na Hills and the Golden Bridge were absolutely stunning, and the international buffet was delicious with so many options to choose from. Even though it was busy, the food was well worth it. Overall, this tour exceeded my expectations and was one of the highlights of my entire trip. Highly recommend!

Our Ba Na Hills day tour was one of the highlights of our Vietnam trip and was absolutely worth every penny! Our tour guide, Han, was exceptional. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and provided excellent information about Ba Na Hills throughout the day. She kept the group well organized and made sure everyone had a great experience. Ba Na Hills itself is breathtaking. We were fortunate to experience both beautiful sunshine in the morning and the magical fog that rolled in during the afternoon after a thunderstorm, giving us two completely different but equally stunning views. The cable car ride was spectacular, offering unforgettable panoramic scenery. The Indian buffet lunch at Bharata Restaurant was another pleasant surprise. The food was delicious, with an excellent variety of dishes that made us feel right at home. Overall, this tour offered incredible scenery, great organization, delicious food, and outstanding hospitality. A special thanks to Han for making our visit so memorable.

This was my second time in Bana Hills. The first time was in December 2025 it's raining and foggy that time so I didn't enjoy Bana Hills so much. So I have to go back. Beautiful in summer weather but little hot. I chose Four Seasons buffet but our tour guide decided we go to Taiga without asking us. I love Four Seasons buffet than in Taiga. Better options of food in Four Seasons.

Our tour guide is so experienced and accompanied us on all the places where we wanted to go. We should say this tour package is an all in one less hassle and affordable too. Will recommend our guide (Ben Phan) to our friends and relatives who will be visiting Da Nang.

This was our first time traveling abroad independently, and when we were buying tickets, we noticed that the Ba Na Hills tour had an option for a private tour with a Chinese-speaking guide. We booked it without hesitation. Since the meeting point was a bit far from our accommodation, we were naturally a little anxious. On the day of the tour, we called our Chinese-speaking guide, Xiao Yang, at the meeting point, and that's when our wonderful day began. We completely and confidently entrusted ourselves to our guide, Xiao Yang. Her professionalism was outstanding, and her friendliness was exceptional. Throughout the tour, she enthusiastically recommended shops to us and patiently explained everything we needed to know when visiting Vietnam. She was also very willing to understand our upcoming itinerary, advising us on how to plan it, what time to arrive at each place, and what to see at specific times. She truly was a godsend during our trip to Vietnam. If I have friends, relatives, or family visiting in the future, I will definitely recommend Guide Xiao Yang.

Few tips : Visit the Golden Bridge before 9 AM if possible. After that, it gets extremely crowded, making it difficult to enjoy the views and take photographs. It can also get quite hot during the day, so carry a cap, or umbrella and water. Families traveling with children should definitely stop by Pop Mart and buy a Labubu! Also grab a coffee at Starbucks: view is spectacular, overlooking the mountains and the resort. Ba Na Hills has everything- beautiful scenery, attractions, entertainment, shopping, and great food.
