Reviews summaryit was a really great and amazing experience. it can actually top off the hongkong disneyland on how amazed we are of the whole place. our tour guide- mr. bean from england is nice, knowledgeable, funny and engaging. he even brought us to iconic places where the group are the only ones there and we had a really good photos because of that. ba na hills is breathtaking. i wouldn't miss it for the world.
The trip was one of the best day while in Vietnam. our guide, Nhi, was fun and kept the group together! the golden bridge was crowded but the rides, especially the alpine coaster, was amazing! overall the arrangements were nice right from pick up to drop. I would definitely recommend this trip while u r in Danang!
Oanh was amazing! She made us skip most of the lines and was very accomodating and patient, whatever we wanted to do she was quick to help. The bridge was breathtaking but busy and sunworld was great. Would highly recommend the tour. 10/10 experience
We had a great day at Ba Na Hills. We liked that we had time on our own to explore at our own pace. Our guide Kang was great. My husband walks with a cane and so we were the slowest walkers in our group. Kang was very considerate, did not try to rush us and made sure we were ok. There is so much to see and do on this trip. I would definitely recommend this trip for all ages.
Tour Guide: Friendly and informative, shared helpful details about the attractions and kept the group organized. Service: Overall good service—from ticketing to cable car staff. Well-managed but can get crowded during peak hours. Price: A bit expensive, but worth it for the experience, views, and unique attractions like the Golden Bridge. Service (Overall Experience): Smooth and enjoyable visit with plenty to see and do, though waiting times can be long during busy days.
This trip was very fun and our guide Nga was nice! However, it would be better if we had gotten lunch and visited the theme park first before going to the golden bridge in the afternoon. We went to the golden bridge area first and it was super hot around noon (heat stroke level). Buffet selection was good but the whole venue smelt like toilet as the ventilation was badly designed. The alpine coaster needs topping up but it was very worth it.
Amy was a great tour guide! she helped us get through all the long waiting lines. she helped with Great resources on food and shopping locations. she know her environment very well. we joined a small group which was faster and easier to navigate when it comes to meeting times and meeting points. There are 3 levels of buffet food. You’ll be placed in one of the buffet floors. All the floors serve the same international buffet, unless your vegetarian or Muslim (halal), the lunch buffet is in another building. I don’t recommend eating at the buffet. you’d be fighting other people cutting lines to get certain items on your plate. And there are thousands of people who grab the buffet tongs to grab food if that’s something you care about. maybe going to eat at a restaurant would be less crowded and the food might be handled differently. bring an umbrella or rain coat because it’s going to rain alittle regardless of the season. at the end, we tipped her 50.000 ~ equivalent to about $2usd 👍🏼
Breathtaking... So much to take in - from the history to the grounds to the views. Couldnt get over the actual size of the French village & the Bridge (Gods Hands) are truly a sight to see. Something that photos just can't capture. Its like stepping into another world. Its best to take a jumper or light jacket as it definately gets nippy the higher up you go & definately wear some comfortable walking/running shoes as you will be doing alot of walking for sure. I would suggest that you pay for a guided tour (whether part of a group or private-Klook) as there is a lot there that you could miss out on if you dont have someone there to show you around and explain. If you are going on your own (no tour) do your homework, get there early - basically when it opens as it gets packed within minutes & theres different tickets to choose from so you wana spend the whole day there as theres sooo much to take in - guides there are also really helpful & can show you where to go if you get lost
Banah Hills and the Golden Bridge are absolutely 5-star destinations. The cable car ride alone is breathtaking, with incredible mountain views the whole way up. The Golden Bridge is stunning in person — truly unique and perfect for photos. The area is clean, well-maintained, and full of attractions, gardens, and dining options. Everything was well organized and easy to explore. A highlight of the trip and definitely worth visiting. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Had an amazing time in Ba Na Hills, Vietnam! 😊 Our guide Tom was an absolute ray of sunlight - super cheerful and incredibly helpful. He showed us around the stunning French village, helped with all the logistics, and made sure we had a blast. Highly recommend visiting Ba Na Hills with a guide like him!
