It was a pretty typical Hanfu rental place. The dress, hair, and makeup were all good quality. The photographer also did a good job, but it isn’t mentioned in the listing that the basic package only includes one photo, and you need to pay extra for the rest. It wasn’t super foreigner friendly since no one spoke English and they didn’t seem used to dealing with foreigners, but they tried their best to be accommodating.

This shop is near the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda. The address is easy to understand if you ask, as they will send you a photo, so just follow it. The hair and makeup skills were very high. I was very satisfied. The photo shoot finishes relatively quickly. I've had photo shoot experiences at other places, but what was different here was that if you make a reservation here, after the shoot is finished, a retoucher comes to pick you up and you choose the photos you want retouched together. You can choose up to 6 photos, and they will ask if you want to add more, but the additional photos were expensive, so I didn't. Due to language issues, the interaction with this retoucher took quite a bit of time. You have to return the clothes by 9:00 PM, so if you want to take a lot of photos yourself, it's better to book with plenty of time. I went around 5:00 PM, took the photos around 7:00 PM, and wasn't released from the retoucher until around 8:15 PM, so there wasn't much time left.

I participated in the Terracotta Army and paper-cutting activities. Xi'an is an ancient capital of thirteen dynasties. The activity was carefully taught, and the teacher explained in detail the development history of the two activities and related history. As a tourist in Xi'an, I felt it was very meaningful to be able to personally create my favorite cultural activities. The location instructions were clear, and the center was well-maintained and clean.

The counter at Daxing airport is not open as it’s still undergoing maintenance. The contact person mail the metro cards to our hotel via express delivery that arrived on the morning when we checked into our hotel.

We had a superb experience in Xi’an! My family and I were absolutely thrilled with the tour and the places we visited, all thoughtfully arranged through Klook. Our local tour guide, Emily, was exceptional—fluent in English, very accommodating, patient, and polite. She went out of her way to support us as we were travelling with an elderly family member and a 5-month-old baby, and truly made our time in Xi’an enjoyable and stress-free.
