we loved our stay in Marison hotel. nice breakfast buffet. restaurants around the corner. Hotel restaurant food is great too. quiet neighborhood. bank and coffee shops are within the building too.

Overall, our stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. Check-in was quick and seamless, and we were pleased to find the room already cool, clean, and well-prepared upon arrival. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive to our requests. Breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay, offering a great selection of dishes to choose from. The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and the direct connection to the mall was extremely convenient. We had a pleasant experience from start to finish and would gladly recommend this hotel to others.

Great location. Nearby convenience store. Only 1 elevator is working. Breakfast spread was great. They provide drinking water everyday. Luggage storage is available. Mayon is visible from property.

We had a pleasant stay at F2M Tower in Legazpi! The room was clean, comfortable, and suitable for a relaxing trip. The place was convenient for exploring the attractions around Legazpi, and it was a good choice for our Albay getaway. staff was beyond excellent. really made sure you're comfort is their priority. once there was an issue with the door lock, they immediately took care of it and transferred me to a better room. breakfast buffet is sumptuous too. Feont Desk was very helpful especially when booking for a ride around the city.

We were disappointed at first to learn that we booked Sea View Room but upon check-in, we were advised we were that per their record, we are booked in the garden view. Good thing Misibis Bay resolved the issue by upgrading our stay from Sea View to Private Villa (Garden View). We enjoyed a larger space and stayed at a very cozy villa. We are grateful to the receptionist who handled it well, and Klook assisted us also. Overall it was a superb stay, as always, when we visit this place.

Location: 10/10 Perfect! It’s really in the center, close to malls, tour spots, pasalubong center, and even a laundry shop across the street. Staff: 10/10 Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. From the security guards to the reception staff, they always greeted us with a smile. Breakfast: 10/10 The buffet was delicious and super convenient before heading out for our tours. WiFi: 10/10 Fast and reliable, which was perfect since I work online. Shower: 10/10 Strong water pressure with hot water! Cleanliness: The room was clean overall. The only reason I’m giving 8/10 is because we found one very small cockroach on the headboard. It wasn’t a big issue for us, but I just wanted to mention it so the hotel can look into it and prevent it from happening to other guests i guess... but Overall, 10/10!! Thank you, Hotel Sentro Legazpi! If I visit Bicol again, I’d definitely stay here again. ❤️

I had a great experience using Klook! The app is very easy to use, and the instructions are simple and easy to follow. As for the hotel, it was excellent! The place was clean, the staff were very kind and accommodating, and the amenities were complete. On top of that, it was very affordable and definitely worth the price. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend both Klook and the hotel!
