Hotels a Bicol Region

We were disappointed at first to learn that we booked Sea View Room but upon check-in, we were advised we were that per their record, we are booked in the garden view. Good thing Misibis Bay resolved the issue by upgrading our stay from Sea View to Private Villa (Garden View). We enjoyed a larger space and stayed at a very cozy villa. We are grateful to the receptionist who handled it well, and Klook assisted us also. Overall it was a superb stay, as always, when we visit this place.

Great location. Nearby convenience store. Only 1 elevator is working. Breakfast spread was great. They provide drinking water everyday. Luggage storage is available. Mayon is visible from property.

Hotel location: Very Strategic because it’s located near Robinson’s mall. cleanliness: The Room, Beds are well cleaned and also the CR. service: Great customer service breakfast: We did not avail their buffet breakfast, but I ordered some food on their menu and their food was good and has great serving. My son enjoyed the pool so much because it’s kid friendly just 2 and 4ft.

The reception and 3rd-floor staff were all accommodating. My requests were addressed quickly. Clean room. Great stay for an affordable, last-minute booking. Thanks!

Very clean, accommodating, and walking distance to SM Legazpi and Van terminal for transpo transfers. Also, you can see Mt. Mayon at their balcony.

The hotel is clean and has a luxurious feel. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with complete basic amenities. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. We availed of the breakfast, which offered a good variety of choices. The free airport transfer was also very convenient and a great added service.

Our stay at The Oriental Legazpi was a solid 9/10 ⭐️ Everyone was very accommodating, especially since we were traveling with two toddlers which we truly appreciated. Except for one experience at the reception with Josh, who insisted we couldn’t avail the walk-in rate, we decided to book instead via Klook. Good thing Klook was fast and easy to use, so everything worked out smoothly. Overall, still a great stay and we can’t wait to come back 🤍

we love the place. the room is clean and mabango! we love how the place is serene and has access bridge Robinsons Mall. superb and friendly staff.

Place is good. We also extended our stay for another 1 day. Area is close to the Church and food stalls. Parking is small though.
