We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, with malls, stores, and restaurants just nearby. What really stood out was the hotel’s unique vibe and how proudly it represents the culture of Legazpi and Bicol. Instead of the usual modern hotel interiors, you’ll find local items, displays, and décor inspired by the Bicol region. Even the buffet area is beautifully decorated with Bicolano culture as its inspiration. It was such a refreshing experience because you can truly feel that you’re in Bicol—not just staying in a generic hotel. The staff were also very friendly, accommodating, and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet had a great selection as well, with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciated how the hotel beautifully combines comfort with the local culture. Definitely a great place to stay when visiting Legazpi. Highly recommended ❤️

Location: 10/10 Perfect! It’s really in the center, close to malls, tour spots, pasalubong center, and even a laundry shop across the street. Staff: 10/10 Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. From the security guards to the reception staff, they always greeted us with a smile. Breakfast: 10/10 The buffet was delicious and super convenient before heading out for our tours. WiFi: 10/10 Fast and reliable, which was perfect since I work online. Shower: 10/10 Strong water pressure with hot water! Cleanliness: The room was clean overall. The only reason I’m giving 8/10 is because we found one very small cockroach on the headboard. It wasn’t a big issue for us, but I just wanted to mention it so the hotel can look into it and prevent it from happening to other guests i guess... but Overall, 10/10!! Thank you, Hotel Sentro Legazpi! If I visit Bicol again, I’d definitely stay here again. ❤️

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly Recommended! We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The customer service was absolutely fantastic—the staff were very accommodating, friendly, and always ready to help. You can really feel how much they value their guests. The room and the entire hotel were very clean and well-maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable and relaxing. Plus, the breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety to choose from—definitely something to look forward to every morning! One small suggestion: maybe consider not charging corkage for outside fast food, as this would make the experience even better for guests. Overall, our experience was 100% good, and we would gladly stay here again. Thank you for the great service! 💯✨

we had a great time on this hotel. staffs are very polite. buffet breakfast is very delicious. rooms are newly painted. it is centrally located within ayala, pacific mall and legazpi market.

Very accessible location in Legazpi City. The staffs are very welcoming and accomodating. They can improve their breakfast though. Otherwise, great experience. Highly recommended.
