I highly recommend this experience to anyone interested in the art of sword forging. It will be a lifelong treasure, both in reality and in memory! 🔨 Instructor/Communication: No Japanese language skills are needed. The instructor uses translation software to explain and communicate throughout the process, ensuring you understand the sword forging procedures. The instructor is very kind and professional, providing ample emotional support, leaving you not only with a wealth of knowledge but also a strong sense of accomplishment. 🔨 Experience: You might notice that the shape of the sword we made differs from those of other visitors. This is because we emailed the instructor in advance to discuss the desired shape (we planned to make the handle ourselves at home). The instructor confirmed it was possible and prepared a customized sword blank for us on the day, also adding steps to create a blade pattern. Participating in the complete process and crafting the sword in our minds step by step was incredibly moving. (The above-mentioned additions to the itinerary were agreed upon with the instructor for an additional fee.) 🔨 Time: Because there were two of us, and we had an extra-cost itinerary, we spent about 7 hours there (including breaks). The instructor guides each group individually before moving on to the next, so if you come as a group, estimate that it may take a little longer than the time stated on the website.

A fantastic experience at Kobe Beef Steak SAKURA Teppanyaki! The restaurant itself was spacious and beautiful. The ingredients for the dinner were of high quality and prepared perfectly by our chef, James. He took the time to explain what we were eating that night as well as giving tips on the best way/order to eat in order to maximize the tasting experience. James was also very personable, engaging us in a light hearted conversation while maintaining his concentration in preparing our meal perfectly. We learned he lived in the same area we were from (Toronto, Ontario) a few years ago and that it was his birthday the day we dined at the restaurant. Would highly recommend!

The tour was very fun and enjoyable. The places are really scenic and worth seeing. Because the attractions are mostly open spaces, it didn’t feel very crowded even though multiple tour groups visit the place together. I would probably walk around Ine Funaya rather than take the boat if ever I go the next time. The boat was nice because you could take great photos of the houses but it felt like you couldn’t really immerse yourself in the surrounding. If there was a point of improvement, I feel like the guide could have been a bit more accommodating. It felt like he was very preoccupied with the time more than ensuring the guests enjoyed their trip. Since the tour group was quite big, it would have helped if he could maybe explain the history or give instructions by batch especially for thos who fall behind. It was slightly irritating especially in Amanohashidate when we would get reminders of the time every 30-45mins. That said, the tour had to visit so many places in a limited time.

Had an absolutely delightful day with our guide, Harry! the day does kick off nice and early but we were greeted by some wonderful snow upon our arrival in Himeji! Harry was so filled with knowledge and stores about the castles purpose, and was sure to tell us all about the different legends surrounding it. The view from the top is incredible as well! just make sure your calves are ready for some steep stairs 😂 Upon his suggestion, I also checked out the beautiful gardens next to the castle grounds, and they certainly did not disappoint. The lunch set was also absolutely delicious! Arima onsen town is also beautiful - and if public baths aren’t your thing, there are plenty of shops and little eateries for you to indulge in! the view from Mt Rokko was also a sight to behold! would definitely recommend this tour! the sights were wonderful! thank you again Harry!!

This day trip to Kumano Kodo was absolutely amazing. Despite being a long day (7:00–20:00), it never felt tiring thanks to the excellent organization and pacing. We visited the three sacred Kumano Kodo Sanzan shrines, the largest torii gate in Japan, and the highlight of the day: the breathtaking Nachi Waterfall, which was truly spectacular. Special thanks to Hanazawa, our guide, for the incredible attention from the very first minute. With many hours on the bus, he made sure we were comfortable at all times, providing neck pillows, drinks, and even snacks after a long and fascinating walk. The stops were perfectly timed to enjoy each place, have lunch, and buy souvenirs. Learning about this UNESCO World Heritage site and ending the day with a relaxing foot bath at an onsen was the perfect finish. 10/10 — highly recommended for a peaceful and meaningful day in one of Japan’s most sacred places.

Amazing experience! The Kobe Port Ferris Wheel Hot Spring Night View Day Tour was absolutely wonderful. Our guide, Mathew, was exceptional — friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive throughout the trip. He explained everything clearly, took great care of the group, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The itinerary was well-planned, giving us enough time at each stop, and the night view was truly stunning. The transfer was comfortable and perfectly on schedule. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Both our kids were really looking forward to Mount Rokko Snow Park, and it didn't disappoint—especially for our 9-year-old. We wanted to try skiing, but the lessons fill up quickly (I believe there are only two slots a day). Instead, we spent our time sledding down the hill—the sled rentals were included in this tour, by the way—and building a snowman. Even with just those activities, the time flew by and the kids had loads of fun. We visited Nara Park afterward. Although it was our second time there, we got to explore a different part of the park than before, so it was a fresh experience for us. It was great seeing the shrines and feeding the deer again.

Yuri was such a great guide! She makes you feel at ease in bus full of strangers. Tour started and ended on time! I love that she sends personnal dinner recommendations too! My son especially enjoyed the DIY Ramen... The entire tour was not rushed and we had ample time to explore...

Regarding the itinerary, there were too many people on the holiday, and traffic jams caused us to have less time at the outlet. Also, it's a bit of a shame we didn't get to soak in the hot springs. Mount Rokko was too cold; the company should remind everyone to bring a thick jacket. Thank you for the company's arrangements.
