We had a blast! Elli took care of us. He was very patient and made sure we enjoyed our time skiing. Tour guides had helmets and gloves for rent while socks and face masks for purchase. Hassle-free! An icing on the cake is Fujisan decided to show up! One for the books.

Nice boutique hotel. Very friendly and cute staff. As they are not well versed in English, they use body language to communicate with us which make us understand what messages they are trying to convey. Room booking by default comes with bf which is good as I do not see any eateries nearby except a train station. Breakfast has limited variety and as I stayed only for 1 night so I am ok with that. You may also take your pick at the amenities at the lobby if what is in the room is not enough for your usage. Room wise is clean and comes with adequate amenities and has a bathtub too. Room size is just right for us as we only have 1 small luggage in the room. No issues on check in and check out as it is fuss free. Surprisingly, they do sell local Nikko food products inside the hotel which is convenient for the lot of us except the prices are slightly more expensive than outside. Other than that, it is a good place to stay and chill from the cold weather outside at 3 degrees. Thumbs up!

Nikko Station Hotel II, an excellent location right next to the station. The rooms are clean and comfortable, compact but complete. The service is friendly and courteous, great value for money, highly recommended for visiting Nikko! Service: Some small items need to be requested from the front desk. The check-in process was highly unsatisfactory. We strongly advise against making reservations through Klook. We believe we should have received a pass code and room number, but no such information was provided. The room itself, however, was excellent, clean, and its facilities were in good condition.

This entire trip was beyond beautiful, the Togoshu Shrine is marvelous and with such a great history behind it, the bridge, falls and lake are breathtaking views, the food was delicious also, we tried the yuuba soba and udon, I would like to specially thank TINA, our guide during this trip, she was so kind and fun, she gave us all the information about the Shrine and every place we visited and she went above and beyond to make our day special, thank you so so much, memories for a lifetime

To avoid any issues, the best thing to do is purchase your entrance ticket to the Toshogu Shrine, a World Heritage Site since 1999, in advance. Nearby, you also have the Futarasan Shrine and Rinnoji Temple, where you can witness the fire ceremony if you wish, which is very unique and interesting.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone who likes Edo period history, and anyone who likes to have a fun, exciting and interesting day out. Bring lots of cash as many of the gift shops and food only take cash. There are free buses from Nikko station. Have the best day!

This tour was great. Ko, our Tour Guide was fantastic. He was very informative and professional. He spoke English very well and he showed us where we needed to go and ensured we knew the departure times. We had ample time at each sight which was great. it didn’t feel rushed. Our driver was also really good. We felt safe with his driving, especially going down the winding roads. We would definitely recommend this tour. It was well organised.
